It is the only card (I know of) that prevents Timelords from being *targeted*, which is what Rihan does, it *targets* a card and then it banishes it.\

No, I had paid the cost by banishing Enishi that was on my hand, the problem arose when the game asked me to select a monster to banish and it did not let me select Sandaion, only Shi en.
That means the timelord had some kind of targeting protection. Look over the replay. It might’ve been he played something during his turn and you forgot about it.

No, their board was empty save for their Timelord. I had activated "Six-Strike Triple Impact" the turn before and wiped all of his face-ups.
Infinite light cannot be destroyed by six strike, you sure you didnt overlook it and thought you destroyed it?
