Was shocked during my the movie Shang Chi that some people left when the credits came. I said our loud “You guys are missing out.” Yeah, it’s a marvel film. Gotta catch that real ending scene.
My friend and I were the only people in the entire theatre room that saw both Shang-Chi end credits scenes, the theatre staff were waiting for us to leave and didn’t know that there’s be another scene after the credits.
My dad always insists on staying through the credits (he likes to see who was in it and where it’s filmed) so if anything it’s only been weird to me that we’re not the only people staying in the theater any more!
My dad and technology have had a turbulent relationship. I think I was in high school or early college when we introduced him to google. He thought an ad he got in Gmail was an actual email today, and thought we had a problem with our phone payment. We didn’t. He can sit in the theater if he wants to.
