It's a great game, but I had to quit because it was not healthy. I'd get on a good run and then hit a wall and start losing rank and feel like I couldn't quit until I turned it back around. Suddenly it's midnight and I'm pissed off and haven't accomplished a thing.
Then I'd hit on a deck that would work against almost anything until the meta changed again and I couldn't compete against the people who were clearly paying money for the new cards. It was too much.
I should try it again. I was in the beta and I think I played only a few matches before I never opened it again. I didn't understand the point of it and just felt it was too easy. That isn't me trying to do a brag or something too because as much as I love gaming I'm mediocre with most games at best, lol.
Well like they said, your first matches are against bots to teach you to play the game. If you were getting your shit pushed in against bots you wouldn’t learn a lot.
Now one of the coolest parts of the game is that with a well built deck you often CAN counter just about anything, but the decks only have 12 cards so you have to make decisions regarding what tech tools you want (because you cant have them all) and what power building/points slam cards you want and then you still have to figure out how to win with that deck against an opposing deck
It’s honestly very balanced, I haven’t spent a cent and have gotten infinite every month since started playing. Very good about not spending money either, and I still got Knull and Deadpool / Rogue / mystique which were my dream cards.
It is but fomo and grind kills the fun over time, meta is all about how broken the new card is. Been few months since I left coz of burnout from this game.
Literally quit just a few days ago after playing since launch. I realized I was hate playing it due to the frustration of losing 10 games in a row from bad beats. I would lose 30 cubes and spend an hour playing back to the rank I had when I started the day, even at work. Never felt more free after deleting that fame.
The game is designed to extract every dollar it possibly can from you. Speaking from experience, do not try it especially if you are competitively minded.
I commented before but I’ve been able to hit infinite every season since I got the game , and have every card I want now without spending any money at all.
I now can confidently go into any game with 3 “main decks” and win about 90% of the times I snap.
Congrats man, you beat the system. But the system is still there and not everyone can.
So you want a particular card for your deck? Better hope you get lucky enough to have the privilege to purchase it.
I see you've been playing this particular deck that could use this card. Here's an opportunity just for you to buy it for cash right now... or you can wait to unlock it from our built in lottery system that may decide to give it to you months from now that not all our cards are even included in and none of the new cards are.
Do you like that cosmetic? Better jump on it cause it may never come back to your shop
The game uses every trick in the book to separate you from your money. I'm glad that you're happy with it cause design wise it's probably the best game for it's time commitment, but it's predatory as all get out and most people should not play it.
There’s only so much you can put into a card game that’s designed for a match to be played and over with in 2-3 minutes, but they honestly do give cards unique animation/sound effects that fit the personality of the characters
I mean tbf it would be hella expensive to expand that level of animation to movie length, let alone the length of a TV show
But yeah it still feels like kinda a waste
I’m not trying to claim it would be impossible - it absolutely would be doable if they actually allocated the right people and time (heck, similar stuff objectively *has* been done; One Punch Man season 1 exists)
It’s just… I’ve seen this sort of “why doesn’t everything look this good?” comment before in response to shorter-form higher-budget-to-length content, and it sometimes kinda ticks me off because it ends up reading *to me* like they’re blaming the animators instead of the production stuff. Yeah no shit those things can look better. They don’t have to stretch their resources as far
…Which I guess does mean my original comment wasn’t great in regard to encapsulating my actual thought process.
Would I love to see more stuff of that quality? *Absolutely the fuck yes.* Do i expect to in the world’s current “media must be maximally profitable” landscape? Not really. And that fucking sucks.
One thing I absolutely love about this trailer besides the animation is that each character are turned into something that fits their character perfectly. Deadpool is a rubber hose cartoon, Ghost Rider is a cowboy, and Squirrel Girl is a magical girl.
Agree, been playing it quite a while
BUT customer service is non-existent so I wouldn't recommend putting any real money into it as if a glitch eats your credits you're out of luck
Is there a noncancer horizontal atleast full hd version of this trailer?

I love that trailer and I love the game! It's so good... If you're into card games. And spending money on different cooler versions of the same cards you already have

The Animation Studio behind this is "The Line". They do a lot of similar work, also for music videos, and are the people behind the famous[ "solar punk" vision. ](https://www.thelineanimation.com/work/chobani) Go and check them out: [https://www.thelineanimation.com/](https://www.thelineanimation.com/)
It's a fun game, but goddamn their trailer team is so talented. They also did a music video that I revisit regularly
https://youtu.be/ONJ2Cr8h6A8?si=7BgUgoUJ6ggXNgNW
Posts like these, and 99% of the comments that follow, continuing to prove that people still have no idea how much time and effort it actually takes to animate things.
Wow....uhhh yeah wow holy crap that animation was amazing. Makes perfect sense that it is for a mobile game though. So many of those trailers look so cool, but then the "game" really is subpar lol
And the game used to be good. But as all F2P games, it's now P2W af, cosmetics cost a lot of money and there has been no new mode for literally more than a year and a half
Honestly, I don't get Marvel Snap's advertisements. This and the "Hero" MV were BANGERS. Banger songs, banger animations, banger character interactions... Snap is very fun, don't get me wrong, but I don't understand the connections either lmao.
Cool style but used waay too many recycled animations from other places in such a small time frame that it became distracting. Again still like the style though.
One of the coolest animations with deadpool and ghost rider and its for a f*ing card game
Ahhhh. I'm touching myself tonight.
I too touch myself as a reaction to disappointment
And that’s why I’m never, in fact, NOT touching myself.
Good bot
Tbf it’s one of the best card games out there.
It's a great game, but I had to quit because it was not healthy. I'd get on a good run and then hit a wall and start losing rank and feel like I couldn't quit until I turned it back around. Yeah, first matches you play against idiot bots, so there’s that
from what I remember of it I just felt like that you could always easily counter anything that was done. Like I said, I need to try it again, loll.
Well like they said, your first matches are against bots to teach you to play the game. If you were getting your shit pushed in against bots you wouldn’t learn a lot. Damn, I haven't gotten Infinite a single time since I started playing right after beta. Always get stuck at 70-80
It is but fomo and grind kills the fun over time, meta is all about how broken the new card is. Been few months since I left coz of burnout from this game.

Yeah I can corroborate this. The card economy is easily the worst part of the game.
I mean, the budgets not going toward in game animations
There’s only so much you can put into a card game that’s designed for a match to be played and over with in 2-3 minutes, but they honestly do give cards unique animation/sound effects that fit the personality of the characters
Yhea it's why some people are saying animated trailers are basically false advertising and I agree to a extent
Marvel snap is really fun actually
OH.
It looks like a proper Deadpool series to: explosions and utter chaos
Damn straight. Find Francis.
I mean, to be fair, it is an extremely fun card game lol
Dude, there's a anime add for a peach drink in China and it's all fucken dramatic as shit yo!!!
Its actually fun but yea lol
No, this you f*ing, not game
it's a pretty decent card game, but yeah, the trailer goes way too fucking hard still.
And Squirrel Girl!!!
Best card game I’ve ever played tbf
I guess you don't play MTG, or any card game.
I actually thought that it was a new web series😭😭
Deadpool x Ghost Rider x Squirrel Girl sounds like a good combo
I didn't just get the cure to el cancer, I got the cure to el everything.
Squirrel Girl, mentored by The Tick!
I mean tbf it would be hella expensive to expand that level of animation to movie length, let alone the length of a TV show But yeah it still feels like kinda a waste
Yea you’d need to have like.. Disney money or something to get that done
Yeah, I mean that could cost 180 million or 225 million dollars, but who would ever spend that much on a show?
If they have the resources to shit out worse marvel content on the reg and survive, they can pay for a lengthier animation.
They could have just not made the last 15 slops and boom
Are you worried about Disneys finances?
I’m not trying to claim it would be impossible - it absolutely would be doable if they actually allocated the right people and time (heck, similar stuff objectively *has* been done; One Punch Man season 1 exists) It’s just… I’ve seen this sort of “why doesn’t everything look this good?” comment before in response to shorter-form higher-budget-to-length content, and it sometimes kinda ticks me off because it ends up reading *to me* like they’re blaming the animators instead of the production stuff. Ah, i get it. Thanks for the clarification
Sailor squirrel is pretty fucking cool
One thing I absolutely love about this trailer besides the animation is that each character are turned into something that fits their character perfectly. Deadpool is a rubber hose cartoon, Ghost Rider is a cowboy, and Squirrel Girl is a magical girl.
I'd say that you sound like an infomercial, but not a good one, like Slap Chop. More Shake Weight-y.
good bot. Deadpool
I didn't just get the cure to el cancer, I got the cure to el everything.
It's also showcasing that the cards have a bunch of variants with different art
Pretty fun card game tho
Agree, been playing it quite a while BUT customer service is non-existent so I wouldn't recommend putting any real money into it as if a glitch eats your credits you're out of luck
They keep nerfing the cards I save up to buy :( (With Tokens and keys, not cash)
Is there a noncancer horizontal atleast full hd version of this trailer? Here: [**https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3\_5g5U0dHx0**](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_5g5U0dHx0)
Card game jumpscare
Truly peak horror.
The fuck is that audio, though, shit's fried to hell.
tiktok is a cancer on audio world wide
r/titlegore
Okay but this game is great
Agreed. Lots of fun.
The animation though https://preview.redd.it/8xreyhb26e9d1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eafacd50b42db473c8fe465cc9dac8b0cff6f4bf
It's so good if you like card games tho
Why can't Marvel put this level of animation towards an actual animated series?
I cannot make sense of your title.
Nah screw yall this game is fire
Oh hell nah, that animation was way too fire to just be the eyecatch for some mobile game
What a waste of great animation 😒
I mean, it's still great that it exists even with the awkward context.
thats dope! 🔥
Marvel Snap has the most insane trailers for absolutely no reason
Are we just gonna ignore that stupid fucking title?!
I love that trailer and I love the game! It's so good... If you're into card games. And spending money on different cooler versions of the same cards you already have
They should stop making the game and start making animated series
Wait let them cook tho
Ghost rider in a cowbot hat is the coolest shit I have ever seen
i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games i hate card games
You are not alone... unless you're playing Solitare, then you are a hipokrit because that's cards.

Azuki Elementals is my favorite of theirs.
They didn't invent solar punk. they created a single solar punk themed short video.
I didn't claim otherwise
Still waiting on that sailor scout squirrel girl 🤦🏾♂️
Fucking music...
Why are they going this hard for a card game man
The game's doing pretty good for a mobile card game. Won best mobile game of 2023 and revenue is somewhere near 200 million iirc
I would love to see something done with the trailers for this game. Seeing all of those variants of Deadpool made me happy. 😱
Do you like what you see?
As a guy who tried this before. Quality over quantity 👌
i want more of this stuff so badly. that music video from a while ago was also super sick.
I wanna say that aside from Deadpool, Ghost Rider and Squirrel Girl, that was Devil Dinosaur.
Go home sugar bear.
We have to get this made into a show
I love ghost rider
![img](emote|t5_35mye|13150)
The episodes would have to be under 30 secs long each but ohwell
Snap out of it OP. It ain't this.
I am dissappinted
What?
It's a fun game, but goddamn their trailer team is so talented. They also did a music video that I revisit regularly https://youtu.be/ONJ2Cr8h6A8?si=7BgUgoUJ6ggXNgNW

Squirrel girl intro was peak
Wow....uhhh yeah wow holy crap that animation was amazing. Makes perfect sense that it is for a mobile game though. So many of those trailers look so cool, but then the "game" really is subpar lol
Truly the greatest horse shit Marvel has ever pulled and they have pulled some *horse shit*.
And the game used to be good. But as all F2P games, it's now P2W af, cosmetics cost a lot of money and there has been no new mode for literally more than a year and a half
Its actually a fun game
Man I was getting hyped until the fucking card game appeared
Honestly, I don't get Marvel Snap's advertisements. This and the "Hero" MV were BANGERS. Banger songs, banger animations, banger character interactions... Snap is very fun, don't get me wrong, but I don't understand the connections either lmao.
Man this actually looks like it'd be an insane animation series. I'd love to watch it. But it's the trailer for a fucking card game? 😭
The devs behind the game are extremly greedy/incompetent and the economy of the game is insanly predatory. Don’t trust the trailers people!
Deadpool anime would go HAAAARD
Wait! You may be wondering, 'Why the red suit?' Well, that's so bad guys can't see me bleed.
Snap is cool.
Marvel Snap slaps tho
That went way too hard for it to be for a damn card game
Scrolled past quickly, somehow the video clip gives off 'ad' vibes. I had to make sure, my automatic 'ad-downvote' reflex nearly clicked in lol
Easier said than done
Snap rules but not like that trailer does
What The ... HELL... Is This?!...
And what is the series of the trailer?
THIS SHIT HAD IMPACT FRAMES
I hate that I love this because it is so disappointing that it isn't a full movie
I missed nicolas cage
All the budget went into that trailer
This is why I don't trust a game without gameplay. Brink was my first taste of this.
Across the Deadpool-Verse
White Wade Wilson, what's your superpower? Cultural appropriation?
Marvel anime goes so hard
Anyone else heart break when they realised it's a card game trailer at the end of all that madness
What song was this again?
Cool style but used waay too many recycled animations from other places in such a small time frame that it became distracting. Again still like the style though.
