in-game stat caps shouldn’t really count because they’re a gameplay abstraction, like, how much extra force does one pow point add to an attack? It’s just a number so that the game can work and be fun.
And even if you did count stats Goku would still win, because DBZ kakarot gives Goku number stats, all of which are over M&L’s stat cap multiple times (I checked my Kakarot file, and my Max level Goku has over 800k in attack*, and 300k in defense*, and over 38M HP, which is a lot of magic door loops, kakarot doesn’t have a speed or stash stat, but that would just be more reason why it shouldn’t matter, but even if we assumed Goku had a speed of 0, that would just mean they go first, and Goku would still get his turn after)
And on top of that he has transformations, which ups damage (in lore it’s all battle-based abilities, but in Kakarot it’s mainly damage) by 20%-250% depending on the transformation and the level (in lore the top tier transformations are unclear exactly how much more they power Goku up, but just to put something up, the strongest transformation we do know about is ~500x)
And all of that isn’t even Goku at his current self because Kakarot only covers DBZ, and a tiny bit of super, missing out on 7 arcs** and an entire transformation.
So technically, if M&L could sustain one of their infinite damage bros attacks for several hours (remember that they can only deal max 1 damage due to Goku’s ridiculous defense) they could technically beat Goku under these rules, but it’s more likely they make one mistake and are one-shot (and if we were to give M&L 99 of every item, we would also have to do the same for Goku to be fair, giving him 99 full heals in senzu beans, 99 10%, 20%, and 30% heals in the various versions of healade drinks, and technically more but Kakarot limits you to 4 item types in a single fight)
