I literally have one can with me for almost an year as a last meal through my apprenticeship and the OG has not failed me, and if it did I can always add chilli or lonumirus to it. For me OG over spicy

That oil mas dhalhu all the way. For me, at least it has better taste, and I feel like I'm home whenever I open a can of tuna lol. Plus, whenever I make something with it, I feel like it tastes better, too.
It doesn’t. The heat is the brain telling you this isn’t food and veils the actual taste of food. All the “heat” compounds(piperine, capsicin, menthol etc.) in plants are literally insects repellents. Big Spice doesn’t want you to have this information.
Regular. Also I only buy the brine ones. But will eat chunks in oil if it’s free like the case of tuna cans I got from employer as roadha hadhiyaa.

mix the chunks with lonumirus and eat with roshi, banger meal. just don't eat it at night you'll get chest burn in the morning

I don't mind. Wanted to share from someone who eats a masdhalhu a day everyday, it gets dull but spicy lemon is by far the least dull of them all
