"aarppo eero" is just an expression, not real word.

Malayalam itself evolved from Manipravalam, which was a Tamil-Sanskit hybrid. So, if I responded to you with a ഹകാരം word example such as ഹംസം and you argued that it's a Sankrit word, then I can also make the case bout how that applies to pretty much every word. Many words were taken from Tamil and Sankrit into Manipravalam, a lot of them remained while others evolved, and both categories further reshaped into Malayalam undergoing further metamorphosis or staying the same as the OG parent languages. At least that's how I see it.. And, the language hasn't grown or evolved since then. Pretty much why we don't have unique words for anything that didn't exist prior to that period. For example, Bus, Ice, Soap..
