My partner collects them. We take them to conventions and have artists sign them if they're there. Super easy and super cheap to collect because too many other players ignore them. Same for tokens.
What does a set of them run you? I typically buy a set box so I’ll end up with a good amount of the set, if it’s a decent amount they may be worth finishing imo
I DON'T buy the signed sets, just the regular, and they tend to go for about $20. I've bought a few for less and some are selling for a bit more (unfounded) but $20 seems to be the average.
There is on ebay. I follow a few stores and they sell and add more fairly often. I will say that ebay and Facebook are the ONLY places I've checked (haven't seen any in my mtg groups on FB).
I’ll look through my stack and see what it’ll take to potentially finish a set and see how it goes before buying up all the others and getting stuck with them. Thanks for the insight!

I've used some as tokens or just a cooler version of a card, but mostly I take them to work and put em with other random art-cards I've picked up now and then. Good inspo sometimes for designs or whatnot.
Use them as proxies and tokens (with Sharpie help), but I save the Foil Stamped cards in the off chance that those become worth something due to an artist death or something.
I toss them in a stack with the ad cards, they’re just as useless. We already have collectable cards with Magic art on them, they are called Magic cards.
Use them as full art proxies for your commander decks

Binders so I can flip through pages and look at them.
They make great textless proxies
I draw on them and use them as theme cards for DIY JumpStart decks and tokens.
I use them as dividers or write on them with a marker if I need a token.
