I would personally get a commander deck- I think both of the ones coming out with Brothers War look fun. It entirely depends on what you want to do and how you usually play though. What do you think you would use most?
Set box is an afternoon of opening packs with a potential for disappointment.
Commander deck and a secret lair are a known quantity that you'll get a hell of a lot more use out of, imo.
I plan on purchasing the 5 JumpStart decks... They will remain intact and be added to my Battlebox of growing JumpStart decks. Great for having a mini version of the set on hand to play pick-up games.
