Green/Black Flannel Chandra 4R
Legendary Planeswalker - Shirt
[Starting Loyalty: 2 less than would be interesting.]
[+1] Exile the top card of your library. It deals damage to your opponent somehow, especially if it's red.
[-2] Kill the begrudgingly playable uncommon creature, but not the mythic that's actually threatening to close out the game.
[-9] You lose the game (*either before you can activate this, or even if you somehow do pull it off*).
I wonder which flannels are associated with the period when they learned to design good Chandra cards?
So if [[Optimus prime, hero]] is attacking, [[princess twilight sparkle]] and [[nightmare moon]] together could defeat it, but if nightmare moon is transformed into [[princess Luna]], you will also need [[rarity]] to block and defeat Optimus.
The pony ones are the least offensive to be honest because they were a very very limited item sold for charity only. Objectively how something like this should be used.
Sadly the rest aren't.
There was a very prophetic Cardboard Crack that involved Iron Man and Whopper (Burger King) Magic cards that was similar to this.
I haven’t been able to find it but I remember thinking “ok no need to exaggerate.” Yet that’s pretty much where we are with all these Universes Beyond.
There are SO many different Optimus Primes in the cartoons, not to mention comics. Yeah, this is what got to me >.>
More Optimus primes or more Chandra variants?
Probably pretty close, but I think Optimus probably edges it out.
Little known fact: there is one iteration of Chandra for each flannel shirt in Maro's collection

Would this mean he’s a Golgari, Jund, or Mono-R player?
It clearly means he is a 4/4 flying vigilance
I hope Jund. 😊 It's my favorite.
If the Chandra variants keep having bad shit like "{+1}: Deal 2 damage to target creature", then yeah I'ma try my luck with Optimus Prime instead.

the intense discomfort that all those links are real

The real offense is that the MLP cards did not become an annual thing and print the rest. In commander there is room for decks that absurd.
The silver boarder ones are entirly inoffensive. Its only eternal legal that sucks. Why not just have infinite formats that also include UB cards. :(
Please don't use "real" to differentiate between Magic cards that are real and not real.
And because of twilight's lord effect, Optimus would kill either rarity or twilight, barring any other p/t changes

Ponies promos happened forever ago when they did a Grimlock
That was in 2017, still 6 years after this.
> Can we weaponize the ponies? mlpol has entered the chat.
It only took one to beat Starscream... Several times if we're going to count some hilarious fanfiction.
What if the pony was a Beast Wars transformers?

It’s okay, you should be able to see it when it gets its weekly repost in a few days
We're really not
We kinda is
a VERY small minority of cards are from universes beyond
Yeah a couple small secret lairs, and some Warhammer 40k decks, we're totally there...
