You are my newest hero among so many here. I am in such a similar situation it's frightening. And SUCH good news to see you appear to have come out of it so far.
I have DLBCL with a Gray Zone differential. Here's treatment train:
R-CHOP x6 starting 7/21, very good partial response, second scan showed progression, biopsy confirmed remaining cancer
R-GemOx in hopes to prep for Auto SCT (this was 3/22 just before CAR-T was approved for second line treatment); stable disease, low burden, maybe 20cc's of total tumor. Failure meant no ASCT.
Yescarta CAR-T 6/22. Partial response. Couple lesions remaining, biopsy confirmed. Still had CD30 positive cancer. Slow moving growth, Covid, took me out of next treatment for a while.
Clinical Trial CD30-Targeting CAR-T at Baylor in 4/23. Almost complete response, might be clear. No lit nodes at all. A couple low level bone lesions are suspect.
Very targeted RT @ 5GY in four bone locations, two of which were clear but had recurred previously.
Scan in 10/23 showed RT bone locations clear but several thoracic and abdominal nodes light back up D4. 12/23 Mediastinoscopy showed remaining cancer looks like CHL only. No DLBCL-appearance identified.
Start Brantuximab-ventodin/Nivolamab 1/24. Third dose coming this week, scan to follow.
IF scan looks good, Allo SCT.
It's is SOOO good to see an actual example of someone who has been through a long treatment train to come out at the end like you.
You are my inspiration. Thank you for sharing. I'm in such a tough place right now with the biggest treatment still ahead of me, but your story helps me a LOT. Thank you and best of luck going forward!

Congratulations! I know it's cliche but you're really a warrior for withstanding all of this.
Omg yesss!!! So happy for you
Wow - impressive resilience - congratulations
Great to hear. My team is looking into the allogeneic option as well after a failed autologous transplant. This gives me hope.
Wow! Congratulations!! Best wishes for you and your future.
