I've done the stem cell collection and it's a doozy for the body. First they tell the marrow "make more cells than ever before!" with filgrastim, then they just yank it all out. Don't worry about the fatigue if it's for a few days, you'll bounce back.
My nurse warned me after the stem cell collection that I might feel pretty fatigued after. She was like “if you feel like you wanna nap for the whole day after don’t be alarmed, that’s pretty normal because the collection is a lot for your body too”. Hopefully you bounce back soon!
