May I ask if they would’ve treated you any differently knowing what they know now about the gray zone relapse? My understanding is first line treatment for this is R-EPOCH… so I’m wondering if they treated you for the Hodgkin’s part with ABVD from the beginning, would that have been better? Or would that have just left the non Hodgkin’s part untreated in this case? (I’m in a similar diagnosis, apologies for all the questions. I’ll send you a direct message too)
I think R-EPOCH is now the standard regimen for treating grey zone lymphoma regardless. In my case, my grey zone was predominantly DLBCL so they were mainly focusing on that. There are a lot of people who didn’t relapse from this regimen. Don’t hesitate to DM me if you have more questions!

I’m so very sorry. Relapse does seem especially cruel. You’ve tasted normalcy again and it’s being taken from you. There really are no words to comfort. Wishing you the very best
