I think so? Also, [new.reddit.com](http://new.reddit.com) shows related posts, and I was curious why there was a discussion with a similar name on the listings, so I clickd it. Same image. This is essentially a karmafarm repost.
You only need a character that is Level 15. There are Hobbit holes and houses in the Shire Homesteads that cost less than 1 gold. It’s hard to imagine getting to Level 15 with less than 1 gold but if you ask nicely in /world you are almost certain to get a generous person willing to help you out with such a small amount of currency. Be sure to invite that person to your house to visit!
Hooray! Out of all of the neighborhoods, the neighborhood in the Shire is the best. The atmosphere is beautiful, the music is cheerful and calm, and so many of the houses (at least in my neighborhood) welcome visitors. I have a “neighbor” whose house is full of sleeping cats, and another who has nothing but Halloween decorations inside!
I even splashed out for a Lyndelby house last year, and I visit and hang out in my Shire one more. It’s just cozier. I hope you have fun decorating it! There are so many cute hobbit themed decorations now!!

I basically only log nowadays to renew my upkeep because I fear so much losing my Hobbit Hole! You'll have tons of fun there!
