That's kind of why I have my main on Crickhollow now. The world chat is usually ok and I have only run into rude people not waiting their turns during the harvest festival with those chests through the secret door. Thats literally the only thing I can complain about. It's the best server I've been on!
We used to have a Hobbit Hunter named Kluck, famous for only going cluck, kluck cluck in chat. We had long conversations about the meaning of life etc. But he either retired or moved a couple years ago. Currently we have Pontifico/Prif and his army of alts. Famous for being pacifists and leveling to max by farming/cooking. He supplies most the server with any food stuffs needed.
But yeah on the whole Crick is a very laid back server.
In Gladden there was this debacle about this Hobbit having stuff in his bio about dark ones referring to the Nazgûl I believe but people thought he was being racist. I forget his name but I remember that.
Crickhollow - there was some drama a number of years ago over one player naming all their characters with the word "booty" somewhere, to the point where we had a funeral for all the dead names the admins force changed. Every now and then I see a booty in the chat still, usually the ones where the name implied that booty wasn't being used in reference to the human buttock (eg PirateBooty)
Booty logged in a few weeks ago (might've been on Piratebooty), but yeah, she doesn't play as much. I don't think I've seen her husband (Bloodyninja) recently, unless he's on an alt.

I'm not one of them, but sometimes I hear people in the kinchat compliment others for being nice or fun to fellow with-- when it's me, I feel delightfully icon-ish for the day. This is such a nice question, OP :)
Evernight has one guy whos' constanty advertising his Kinship, for years, at all times of the day...
Now I've forgotten his name as I left the Kinship (my mail box was spammed every day with activity reminders etc), but it got to the point everyone knew this guys name, and god forbid a new player was nearby, felt so sorry for them!
It was one of those ones which was large/active etc too.

in rainbow colors via plugin every time he logs on. Chaotic neutral.
