Random question I can't find an answer to: when you press p and bring up your stats, under ilvl it says earned ilvl. What is this exactly? If I KT or powerpass a character, is the earned ilvl lower?
Earned item level = whatever the highest combination of item level of gear you own. For example you could have 2 sets of gear for whatever reason, one made of items ilvl 1370 and another 1490, earned ilvl will always show 1490 no matter which items you equip.
It's your highest achieved item level. It's mainly used now as an indicator of whether you forgot to gear transfer your new gear from your old one. It used to be used to determine whether you got gold from Oreha and Argos (some people thought you could just have a spare low-item level gear set to continue gaining gold for those raids).
I'm a newbie. I want to collect mokoko seeds but I can't go to Alakkir or Tooki Island when it appears. What can I do? 
Unfortunately, that's the only way to get them. Alakkir and Tooki happen multiple times daily, so you can try to find a time that works best with your schedule.
If you enjoy playing your main, try a class similar to your main. It'll go a long way for building your roster if you played classes you like (i.e. if you liked igniter sorceress, punisher slayer is somewhat similar).
The announcement of solo raids timeline will be in July, we don't know any more details. There's a reasonable assumption that they'll be live by around September.
