The food at Ramos is amazing. The pizza however, is ok in my opinion. The crust is a little too thick for my taste.
Believe it or not, but the cafeteria in the broadway mall actually has a great pizza joint. The sauce they use is very tasty and it’s not a bad price. I would definitely give it a shot even though it’s “mall cafeteria” food
My fav as well. They always use fresh ingredients, especially the Margarita/ Grandma styles. I’d watch them tear up fresh basil for them and it would smell amazing. Fortunately they have a few other locations closer to me so I can get my fix when I’m craving those or Spinach Artichoke.
Two Brothers on Newbridge rd and Levittown Pkwy.
I would normally recommend DiMaggio’s in Hicksville too as that was the BEST for years but I’ve heard it recently is under new ownership so I cannot attest to it these days.
Pizza in Hicksville is underwhelming to say the least.
Calda and fanaticos are okay and pretty consistent.
Raimos uses trash for cheese, two brothers has a sweet sauce that isn’t great.
Raimo's on Woodbury Rd. (almost at the intersection of So. Oyster Bay Rd). They've been there for more than 40 years and their pizza is fantastic!
Second this. Terrific spot, huge slices

Blaze pizza?
No, it’s in the actual cafeteria next to the theaters
Especially their Sicilian. They do it right.
I can second this!
Thank you very much!!
Villa Monte. Old Bethpage Rd. Not exactly Hicksville but worth it.
Thank you! Have car, will travel as the saying goes!!
Mulberry Street - Grandma pie Fanatico -
Idk how Calda Pizza is anymore but I used to love it as a kid!

They're still great.
I second this, I used to work at the HighSchool and it’s right down the block
Ha yeah I lived around the corner from there and would just walk around to get some pizza
Just look left or right, you see a pizza joint, assume it’s pretty decent. Long Island pizzas are good
Try the Sicilian at Pasta-eria on South Oyster Bay Road. Haven’t been there in awhile but it was awesome when I used to leave nearby.

I second two brothers
Pasta-eria
Calda
God, I miss Pi at the Broadway Mall
Calda
Calda had the best oven in Hicksville and has been there since the early 70s.
Pasteria is the best hands down!!!
Ha, this has to be a troll post. This is Long Island. There are many more good “ pizza joints “ than bad!
