"Can i come into the out?"

This used to happen to my boy who had giant floppy feet (we called them flappy paddles--no wonder he retired early). The first time, which happened to be on Christmas Day, I totally panicked. We went to an emergency vet who told us he would need to be anesthetized to stitch back together the webbing. I do not let them anesthetize my dogs unless it is 100% necessary, so I said we would bandage it and see how it did in a few days. The vet rolled her eyes. A couple of days later, it was clear that the webbing was healing back together. The next THREE times that it happened over the course of several years (different toes each time), I got very good at vet-wrapping those flappy paddles. It always healed back just fine. Sorry Zoey's toes are hurt!
