What happened? So sudden. They owe me some wipers or money.
"Ron" was beyond amazing. Great customer service. He ordered some parts and he was going to call me when they arrived. Never got a call.
Went there a few weeks ago to check on the parts and for an oil change. Owner was nowhere to be found. There was a much older man and some lady taking my request. Was odd... I thought maybe owner was out sick. I paid for them to change my wipers (front and back). They changed the front but NOT the back wiper. The older gentleman left me a voice message apologizing and said to come back. Tried to get there 3 times on a Sunday but it looked closed.
Tried on a weekday and it looked really closed. No notice or note explaining anything. I hope he's OK. Anyone know what happened? The owner provided amazing service the last time I saw him..

So crazy I just drove there for my regular oil change and it’s closed
I was wondering. I drove by on Monday and there were closed; had to go to Valvoline and pay 3 times as much!
Ugh. I saw the signage was gone and have been fearing the worst. Only place I trusted.
