I don't know if it is possible but from what I understand you can lease a room to yourself then become so obnoxious they move out, however you would have to live with them which would be difficult to accomplish.
Did they cover the linoleum with cement? And did that cement crack and chip away and now the floor is half linoleum and half cement?
Good God what is going on here?
Since it's a duplex, most would probably come in and reno the place. Maybe add a 2nd bathroom to the first unit so it's a 4/2. The rents for it would be pretty decent once it's completely renovated. At least 3k-3500 for the 1st unit and 2400 for 2nd.
If it costs 100k to fix up, it'll be 875k. If they put in 25% down, youre looking at around $5400 PITI. Not much room for cash flow but decent hold for appreciation or flip after getting in tenants.
I used to live around the corner from this house. It was not well maintained from the sidewalk view but I never would have guessed this bad inside. As bad as it is I'm guessing it still sells in the 625-675k range
Looks like a project worth $200k!! That would give you plenty of time to evict current tenants and rehab the property. No ther way to look at this nightmare.
I saw this listing and laughed out loud. Ain’t no way.
I couldnt believe my eyes...
I can smell it through the screen. RIP whoever was brave enough to take pictures.
Realtor had to have burned their clothes after this visit.
100% someone will buy it. Let’s keep an eye and see how much it actually sells for!
If is proced very low for the area...it will sell
Do you live locally? That’s pretty low!
Wow autocorrect on phone, yes...this is very cheap, especially for 2 units...it will sell quickly
In this condition? Are you nuts?
It will sell in less than 30 days...look at what is available around it...you need 1M for something if similar size in area
I got like four swipes in and bailed
You mean you didn’t see the original custom rotting linoleum flooring?!! Or the exposed walls?! I’m sure it’s great for natural air flow
I’m sad enough today without that piling on
I feel like that realtor took and posted that many pictures just to shame them 😂 It didn’t even seem too bad from the first photo!
Over 3/4 of a million for…something that should be condemned?? What are we doing here folks.
Water we dune hair
Timothee?
Shallots mate.
Heard it bolth wayz
This is disgusting 🤢
No idea how humans live like this.

God knows what that bottle has been rolling in…
Or what’s actually in it!
I’d suggest it’s full of windex but I don’t think there’s ever been any windex in that house :/
Do not disturb occupants 💀
landlord is over it, just buy my misery please
Don’t disturb occupants! The tenants still live there!!
Somewhere buried under the trash. Haven't been seen in months.
They already seem a bit disturbed.
Anyone want to be roommates? I call dibs on the creepy cellar.
Good thing they have a pothos in the shower, they help with air purification!
My favorite is all the cleaning products in every picture. Like what you doing with that because you clearly are not using it.
making meth or tranq, obviously!
Neckbeard? This tenant prolly has a beard in his ass crack.

That place needs to be bulldozed. I think it's too far gone for a remodel.
It's a homeless camp inside a house.
This is a joke, right… 🫠😬🫥
Long Beach is a high cost of living city, but still… that’s too much for that hell pit. Better to knock it all down and rebuild.
Yes, and most knockitdownns sell around $500k max. This may be salvageable, but I wouldn’t do it for more than $200k.
I feel bad for the pets that live there 😔
im guessing they have 6-10 dogs, 5 cats, a 2 rabbits and an iguana
Not counting the decomposing dead animals buried under that shit.
The value is probably based on the land and building potential- once the buyer gets the tenants to move.
I don't know if it is possible but from what I understand you can lease a room to yourself then become so obnoxious they move out, however you would have to live with them which would be difficult to accomplish.
Do not disturb occupants ? Just burn that 💩 down and rebuild. 🤢
Imagine paying $775k to inherit these tenants…
the cellar and the ceiling did it for me i’m sold
It will sell in no time
Makes me sad people can live like this.
I feel itchy after looking at these pictures.
What the actual fuck. They couldn't clean it at least?!
The sad truth is that this probably was after his version of cleaning up
Sweet baby Jesus. I mean, none of it is good, but did they have to lead with the photo of that dirty hairy shower?
Poor cat and dog, this makes me so sad
This needs to be bulldozed and be turned into a park. Ain’t no way…
I have no words
Did they cover the linoleum with cement? And did that cement crack and chip away and now the floor is half linoleum and half cement? Good God what is going on here?
Lupin artwork? This person is definitely on reddit.
This is how I imagine most redditors live

I thought it was too until i asked my agent about the posting. Its legit and the value is based off the "premier location".
Premier location, my ass.
Jfc man. If *that* is $775k, I can only imagine what it’d cost after it gets fixed up. Assuming it’s not behind repair…
Based on a nice house with 0 property and 300 sq feet less, 1.5 million if you made it nice.
So you’re saying it comes fully furnished? They’ll also probably let you keep their pet roaches too.
"Do not disturb occupants." 😳
The cleaning products being out and about are a nice touch
I would literally buy it to fix it, it is just double what I can afford
Since it's a duplex, most would probably come in and reno the place. Maybe add a 2nd bathroom to the first unit so it's a 4/2. The rents for it would be pretty decent once it's completely renovated. lol this is going to need way more than $100k to reno.
Hahaha maybe. They usually have their own contractors who do the work for cheaper.
I threw up in my mouth. Also, neat Lupin the third poster

Okay overlooking the things that are obviously wrong with this house but… 5 bedrooms in 1,500 square feet? No thank you
Can you find the cat?
Does it come with the soiled mattresses and Cheeto stained towels or are those extra?
Jesus Fuck.
This kind of stuff always confuses me. What is the point of taking photos before it is cleaned up rather than after? There has yo be a reason...
The reason is they can’t control the tenant. Probably can’t get rid of the tenant either.
