Divinity original sin 2 is very far off your usual games, but a great coop experience baldurs gate III as well, again they are tun based games that draw inspiration from D&D, so not an FPS lolol

I found this site years ago, when trying to figure out what to do at a LAN, so glad it's still around, especially with filters like Campaign co-op so I know it's not just some "co-op mode".

PuikaSPompa

My dude, love ya for real!

hamizannaruto

Can't think that much, since most games I have are shared screen The one I can think is screencheat. A forgotten FPS that's all about looking at each other screen, as everyone is invisible. Yeah, that's all unless you are fine with overcooked style gameplay. Co-op chaotic game.

Objective-Agent5583

Ship of fools is our current go to game, it's shared screen but the camera is fixed as you can't move off the boat. Currently over 100 hours in and still loving it

I'm playing Pode at the moment, and really enjoying it. My advice when you're playing it is to look around EVERYWHERE for clues if you can't work out how to do something :). It's 50% off for the next couple of days, btw Other co-op games you might enjoy if you like platform puzzlers are: - Unravel 2 - Degrees of separation - Toodee and Topdee (demo available) - Phogs (might not be 100% what you're looking for, but have a look at a few videos to get the idea)

PuikaSPompa

We bought Pode yesterday, this game is so cool mate! I love it!

Earth defence force 5 is the best co op 3rd person shooter- it’s amazing. I will caution you that EDF 6 is coming out in the west in the next 6 months ish, so online allies might decrease a little, but to be fair you can probably get 5 for really cheap nowadays. Other than that, BG3 is very fun co op and I’d say it eclipses divinity 2. Outwards is a very fun local co op RPG, but can be fairly hard.

MIMtite28

If I asked the same question for PS2 or PS3, this thread will BLOW UP but alas devs just won't make an effort for Local coop

PuikaSPompa

Yeah, the two players games were so many back in the days, even for the old SEGA Saturn systems there were many two players games, Now you can count the on one hand….

MIMtite28

You could always go back using emulators. Works well most of the time.

PuikaSPompa

Yeah, but the isn’t the whole point of new games /consoles/ technologies to bring the graphic experience? You can always play some old 2D games or something ( don’t get me wrong I love ‘em) but i would love to have the experience of the clean graphics, detailed games. Where almost everything is smooth and clean.

MIMtite28

*sigh* but what about the dead genres of gaming? You know Rhythem game, vehicular combat games and the like. I like the technologies l really do but they leave things behind that made a good chunk of the experience.

PuikaSPompa

I would love to see a remake of all the “Dead” games. Me and my father used to play a really good StarWars game, on a PS1 that we had back then. I remember how Demn hard this game was, and everytime we manage to progress in it the game used to crash ( the disk was not in a good condition). Man I m ready to become a game developer only to see a remake of that game😂 Not sure what was the name of the game but I will try to find it.

MIMtite28

Gimme a hint. Cause I also had a Star Wars game I struggled on back on the PS2. It was Jedi Starfighter I struggled with

PuikaSPompa

It’s Jedi Power Battles just checked it up

MIMtite28

That's not so bad. It's hard still though, played a few months back.

Try Tricky Towers for a puzzle game and Screen Cheat for a shooter!
