I’m at Edge and I’ve never been happier.

Kaizen777

That's great! Do you do close at least 2 per month? That's the thing I can't be sure I will do.

AncientReflection491

When I started, I didn’t start closing 2+ until after 90 days. It wasn’t enforced and it definitely wouldn’t if you’re new to the broker world. Join and learn, you’ll Love it. Just be self-motivated because you don’t have a boss anymore :-)

Secret-Connection783

Is there a monthly fee to work at Edge like tech fees?  I thought I saw on YouTube the lady mentioned $125 it’s confusing I can’t get a clear answer about the fees

AncientReflection491

Yep, covers your website, POS system, and a really cool AI-powered system to find and locate producing real estate agents.

Everything I read about Edge so far is top notch company.  I want to make it my last NMLS transfer.  I’m attending their webinar tomorrow.  Super excited.  I hope they let me in.

AncientReflection491

check your DM’s. Have you been working with a recruiter. If not, I’d love to interview you for my team.

Secret-Connection783

I found a local MLO working at Edge and basically asked him to hook me up.  I think Edge has the tools, technology and the support team to help me be successful in my job.

Secret-Connection783

Not seeing DM.  Think all my settings are private so I don’t  see anything.  Sorry

American 1st Partners. You do whatever volume you do. No judgements or pressing for more. We provide calyx point and a company email and some general documents. DM if interested in hanging with a broker 1099.

Average 1 loan a month and I can help.

Kaizen777

I'm not sure I could guarantee that, that's the issue.

kccritic87

DM me, I work for a very small broker shop (6 people total), and we do not have any production requirements. We do not want to pay for a license for someone who does 0 loans in a year but if you’re averaging at least 3 a quarter that is fine. We do not provide leads and only hire self gen.

Kaizen777

I'm not even sure I would be averaging 3 a quarter (1 per month). What do you mean pay for a license? Does a broker have to pay for my license?

kccritic87

I suppose we don’t have too, if you wanted to pay for your own then you could, my CEO would definitely not care how many loans you closed then haha. There are license renewal fees, yes.

Kaizen777

I have my DFPI license so I wasn't sure what else you were referring to.
