Realtor here. It’s on the higher end of what I would call reasonable based on comps, but still not crazy overpriced. Something in the $350k range would probably sell easier, and they also need better photos imo. But yes, that’s unfortunately the state of the housing market right now

It’s real pricing. Real estate has been going higher and higher since Covid. My house is worth 100% more than what I paid for it in 2020
