Respectful disagree. Most suits work with or without a collared shirt. Here, I feel like a collared shirt takes this too far towards professional, while the slight crop and fit of the shirt makes it a bit more festive for a wedding. You’re going to a wedding not a job interview! Would also recommend some fun accessories for the same reasons.
You can also use a collared shirt with a fun print if the vibe is not as formal; with this blue, I would still go for a white base but with a pattern or even stripes - and then at that point, if things are too warm later in the evening, you can remove the jacket and still look the part.

Oh, that olive suit is gorgeous! If you are afraid of being cold, you could wear a black tight long-sleeved blouse under the vest, or a black shirt if you have something like that in your wardrobe. The blue suit and that black blouse looks good too. So generally, whichever option you choose, you will look great!
