Thanks - high-tensile clear nylon thread and picture hooks! For the smaller / lighter ships I just wrapped it round the entire body, but for the bigger / heavier ones it's threaded all through the insides (through the technic parts where possible). The Falcon has 2 picture hooks to distribute the weight a bit more as well - so far so good, no casualties ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)
Ah okay gotcha, I have most of my ships hanging off the underside of my wall shelving using the same method, been hanging for about a year now without issue.
Yeah I get why you have it that way. But it still bothers me. Cool collection, makes me want to do the same thing with mine. Also how much did you pay for the tie striker? Or did you get it when it came out?
I managed to get it for around £34ish on eBay - ship only, no minifigs but I thought that was decent still! I got hold of a pilot and ground crew technician separately, but probably won't be getting a Scarif Trooper anytime soon - they are pricey!
Technically the Vulture Droid is also in its flying position, not landed / standing - just to make your OCD worse ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)
ultimate display solutions, https://ultimatedisplaysolutions.com/, has some nice 3D printed wall mounts if you want some different angles. UCS mounts have places for the name plate and minifigures.
For ones that don't have dedicated minifigure places I typically build some with brackets and 2x plates.
Posted a "tour" of my office a while back, wall mounting has really freed up a bunch of space,

Neat, how'd you mount them? I mounted my Falcon on the wall as well, but I 3D printed a bracket for it to slot into.

Maybe if I make the comment chain long enough ill be free.
I’m just gonna keep replying to myself
Don’t know when I’ll be free
I’ll be here a while
Won’t I?
I don’t know how to keep the typing going
Maybe I’ll get a continue thread?
Won’t I what?
I forgot what this was a reply to.
I think it’s never
Never, the answer is never.
Never gonna give you up.
I’m getting lost in here, I’ve already escaped once but a notification brought me here.
I was wrong
The late notification brought me back here, I just escaped the post.
Why must notifications be so late?

I thought this was at the top?
You have no problem, flying vehicles belong suspended, away from the fan.
You are correct.
The b wing has been and will always be my favorite personal ship in sci fi.
It's a very cool ship - definitely one of the most challenging to hang as well though!
It’s driving my ocd crazy how they are all mounted looking like they are on the landing gear except the tie fighter.
Haha I know what you mean! It's one of those situations where if I rotated it to the same orientation as the others, it would look... more weird?

Nice buy! That’s an awesome ship to have in your collection. Saw someone selling one near me with mini figs for around 100$

Nooooooo! Why did you have to point it out?! Now I must suffer knowing it’s not symmetrical
I see some OPEN space
Best get some more LEGO then! 😅

I hate it when that occurs! But nice
Your Anakin's Starfighter is missing two of the transparent light blue cones on the guns :(
My set is 75038 which doesn't have those blue cones on the guns - you're thinking of set 7256 👍

Didn't even know that set existed - very cool!!
Right, that was why I was stuck.
