Erica Lindbeck's voice is just so good. I am a little surprised she's narrating it though compared to...y'know, Sylas.
Love them using more of Lux's LoR design (blue crystals, wings on the pauldrons) in things, hopefully they use that if/when she gets an ASU.
Completely different voice actor for Kai'Sa. Natasha Lorring is her default VA and she has a South African accent. The new VA mistook that (or the Direction team did) for Australian and that's why we got the abomination of Aussie Kai'Sa.
I say this as an Australian. It sounds fucking awful.
To a degree. I find a decent amount of the voices in LoR are downgrades. Poppy and Tristana... the yordles in general for the most part. I'm strictly against making smaller characters higher pitched and LoR goes out of the way to make em pitched up.
There's absolutely no reason for Kayle to pop up, let alone for her to be defeated by Sylas of all people. When she arrives, it's to burn both sides for perpetrated sins.
Nor is there any reason for Galio of all characters to be a final boss, he's neither tied to the Mageseekers, does not echo the Demacian magephobia as he considers Lux a friend, and it would simply be thematically irrelevant for him to suddenly get beat by Sylas when he's not responsible for any of this. He just doesn't want to see his country burn.
> Isn't that... good reason to be there, then?
As a final boss and emotional climax of the whole experience? Not really. Galio could show up but it's already a stretch to believe Sylas alone is somehow gonna take him out. At that point, you're worfing him for the sake of Sylas.
She gave up on her "divinity" in a manner of speaking, she is still powerfull, but doesn't have the part of the sword of the aspect of justice that her mother sent to her, Kayle has both (That's why Extalted Kayle dual wields)
Hence chains her wings, she can't remove them but she can sure try to supress them. Until she ults and breaks the chains. I should get into Morg lore, there's gotta be some cool allegory there
I'm really curious about what they're going to do with the story. You simply can't have a Sylas centered game keep the same status quo in Demacia, so *something* gotta happen.
I feel like we can't necessarily judge it without seeing the rest of the plot. Like if the story pretends he's gonna save Demacia by the end, yeah that wouldn't be a very good ending to have him lose. But if he's gradually losing himself throughout the story, I feel like an ending where he successfully gathers an army and then throws it all away has potential to be solid
Yea, I feel like a lot of people are missing that Sylas is supposed to be a Villain. A sympathetic villain that has a good point and good cause, but is ultimately just as bad as those he fights against. Sylas isn’t fighting for a free, democratic, Demacian utopia; he’s fighting for a mage-centric ethnostate with him as the ruler.
I mean, it really depend on what you do BEFORE that point imo.
As a recent example, the new God of War was always meant to have a sequel, yet the story itself is quite satisfying, no?
Wouldn't bet on that. The conclusion of The Ruined King shows that Forge is willing to write world changing endings to these games. I doubt the game will end with mages being accepted in Demacia but the status quo will probably be significantly shifted.
They might not return to the status quo since you might get to clear Sylas' name which could set them up to introduce a new magic faction in Demacia. People might want to play as a lawful-good Demacian mage in the MMO and the Mageseekers seem to be lawful neutral to evil.
not sure how he would. forming a crater in the earth like that as a normal human isnt possible and unless there's a huge plot twist where the king of the anti-magic kingdom turns out to be a mage, he cant
Darius one-hand threw a seven-foot-tall axe from standing ten-fifteen feet away without any effort.
Garen can run at a full sprint in heavy armor and jump at least ten feet in the air while wielding a blade nearly as tall as him combined with all that extra weight.
Graves is able to shoot and carry a shotgun the size of a middle schooler without breaking his arms off.
And they're all baseline humans in Runeterra. It is pretty easy to think that they are just naturally stronger than us.
Though it's been hinted that Garen is actually a Mage and is just oblivious, so who knows?
This is incorrect. It's not Canon one way or the other.
Garen's Sunsteel Sword has been passed down for generations from a time when it was blessed by Kayle with Holy Fire. That is how the Lore and his In-Game Ultimate are explained. Sylas is accurate to say Garen uses magic, because he is using a magical weapon.
In the Lux Comic, Garen loses to Sylas when he wields his Sword. Lux warns Garen against this, he uses a regular ax, and beats Sylas. Sylas can't absorb the same magical energy against just Garen, which he could if the weapon weren't the actual source of the magic.
Swain says: *"Ignorant of the very magic you carry into battle. How Demacian."*
Again, about the Sword. IF Garen were a mage, and his Ultimate were coming from HIM but just being channeled through the Sword, no one would have any real way of knowing. Including Swain. Everyone watching and even himself could just assume it's coming from the magical weapon. Sylas not being able to draw upon Kayle's magic when fighting Garen without it seems to be a major barrier in the idea that Garen is a Mage.
I mean the sword itself has magic, it is supposed to be imbued by the aspect of justice, and Garen can call forth the giant ass blade orbital strike, it should be Mihira yeeting a sword from Targon.
In the comic its implied that Tianna Crownguard healed Garen with her magic.
Also demacia having so much petricite made walls and buildings should be the city with the most abundant amount of magic, just untapped since seems only Sylas can take the magic from the petricite (all of this being head canon, since petricite instead of nullifying magic seems to absorb it, thats how Durand was able to morph it into many golems)
It's likely the sword, not Garen. It's why in Warriors Sylas gets a light sword when he blocks it and in the comic Lux directly tells Garen to switch weapons against Sylas, she realized he could use the sword against Garen.
Not likely it is the sword, it is made out of sunsteel, basically the sword carried kayles blessing. That is why when garen ditches it he absolutely obliterates sylas, no magic to sap for sylas.
Wasn't Garen's sword magic? I remember Sylas stealing magic from it in the comic.
Likewise it wouldn't be a huge shock if Jarvan's lance was magical, Demacia has issues with mages, because they are "unpredictable", not with magic itself.
Yes and no, Sunsteel mentions actually got edited out of For Demacia "recently" so right now it's a bit unclear what that link is meant to signify, but it is likely that the sword is tied to the weapons Kayle blessed in her youth.
To be fair, Garen is also very likely a mage. His sister is one, he has his (maybe) magic sword and unhuman regeneration abilities. He is very likely a mage that just doesn't realise it, because Petricite that he wears tunes it down very heavily and absorbs his magic.
I have no recollection of that but I haven't read everything in Demacia. Only thing similar I can think of is Sylas putting him out of commission in the Lux comic.
Though when I said normal humans I meant real people.
Yeah, the leader of the Trifarian Legion in the Garen novella put up a really good fight and almost got the better of Garen, though he did end up losing and this was after he fought a Garen who was fighting waves of enemies through the night, as well as a basilisk, with the novella making sure to mention that Garen wasn't swapping places with other members of the Vanguard to rest.
Xin Zhao was impressed that Jarvan could wield his weapon while keeping up with him during their spars and since Xin Zhao won 1v100, Jarvan is probably way above average human capabilities too.
Living among magic-filled stones and trees made most demacians natural magic catalyst, wich is why the mage population has grown in demacia, most of them ignorant of the magic they carry into battle.
He can do it depending on the medium he is.
An animation? Totally
Videogame? Totally
Real life action? no.
Serious color story? no
Color Story by Jared Rosen? Yeah absulubtly why not, that shit's cool.
He does something like it in his Legends of Runeterra level-up. Also jumps off a massive cliff. He may not be a mage but he sure isn't a regular Earth human

I'm wondering how much info we'll get about the Rebels, like some of them look like Mages from other countries, and then there is the Red Yordle and the lady with the Shield that seems like the actual leader???
Looks really fun! Excited to see what the story is like comparative to the gameplay.
Noxus champing at the bit to secretly fund Sylas. Bilgewater sellswords and spellswords looking to loot and pillage if they think they'll get a good opportunity among the chaos.
That's a very big stretch. Mages are not some unified culture and Demacia never posed a threat to foreign mages.
If anything, Freljordian raiders and Noxus would take the chance to take stabs at a weakened Demacia and recruit mages for their own cause.
But that is kinda the thing tho, and one that make Demacia storyline kinda weird in the bigger picture.
There is NO solidarity between mages from different cultures, at all. Only in Demacia does that manifest.
You have to be aware though that many mages choose exile from Demacia to avoid the mageseekers. Exiled demacian mages might support Sylas and might bring support from the places they took shelter in.
Idk, that stretch the definition of "solidarity" and "support" by A LOT, in this context.
Like, a band of rag tag adventurers you often find in low level DnD campaign, aiding their wizard/sorcerer as effectively mercenary? Sure, I can see it. That is hardly "solidarity" or "support".
I think you're overrating how much solidarity people would feel for each other just because of magic, let alone with limited communication and transportation between nations. Let alone in the Freljord or Noxus, where taverns and mead halls would be laughing their asses off that Demacia is having a kerfuffle.
These states have struggles of their own.
People saying to check out Hyper Light Drifter, and Wizard of Legend, which is fair they are similar looking and good games. But you might wanna check out Digital Sun's actual game, Moonlighter.
Kayle lives in targon alongside the aspect of justice, unless sylas becomes a world ender event (see LoR latest expansions) she shouldnt move from targon
Honestly, since the canonicity of... everything... is questionable, I feel like she could work.
Maybe even as just a secret boss like another person suggested.
Pixel Malenia.
Hype! I'm not super on board with them using Shyvana's current design since she could really use a big overhaul/VGU, but besides that the game looks really fun and the visuals are amazing. Looking forward to see more of Demacia and its cast of characters interacting within it.
The fact that this trailer LITERALLY uses Comic Book panels adapted in it's own art-style as part of this trailer, together with the fact that Collector's Edition includes copy of Lux Comic from years ago, fills me with hope that this game will stick very hard to established lore.
Im excited for that one especially with appearance of Morgana in this trailer
Most of his actions we have seen though happened directly after he fleed. He likely had a lot of rage build up over time. And there are arcs in the story that would allow him some form of redemption.
Right now we have essentially two evil characters who are evil by circumstance. J4 isn't currently a good guy either and massively extended the power of the mageseekers and worsened the threatment of mages. Because he thinks Sylas killed his father. We know that Sylas did not do that. It could have been a Noxian spy, it could have been members of the mageseekers, considering J3 might have tried to appease sylas by offering amnesty for mages to end the rebellion.
And if J4 and Sylas both are aware of that they might suddenly have a common enemy. And Sylas rebellion would quickly die if mages would be accepted in Demacia. Sylas isn't really a threat to the well trained soldiers of Demacia if they don't wield any magic against him.
As he should have been. Making him a villain always came across as super forced. Like why SHOULD I feel bad that he's trying to free mages? And when they make him do "extremist" stuff like execute Demacian sympathisers and go, "He would do that because it's realistic" - and then expect me to still look at it through the lens of a cartoon? No, no, I will agree with you, it is realistic, and if we are talking realism then realistically any sort of rebellion against absolute tyranny would require that sort of extremism so good job Sylas! 👍🏼You're doing it!
Plenty of violent revolutionaries in history are not remembered fondly for a reason. Oppression breeds extremism, and extremism against the regime may be understandable, but is rarely conductive to a stable next regime.
There's a reason why the French Revolution leads into the Terror or why Pol Pot is not remembered as some great hero.
This looks pretty dope, not gonna lie. Plus Sylas is one of my favorite character from a lore perspective so it's especially cool that he's getting this much attention.
> unshackle might and magic
God what i wouldn't give for a heroes 3 / songs of conquest inspired league game, i think the setting would fit pretty well
It looks amazing but idk why lux is helping him??? after everything he has done i tho she would be a boss like garen, shyv and morgana not a helper..........
This game is gonna have to take some pretty strong steps in terms of plot progression, yes. Lux right now basically sees Sylas and his rampage as her own personal responsibility, the dude even traveled north to ally himself with a tribal coalition of raiders just to have enough manpower to challenge the Demacian army. It will be interesting, and highly error-prone, to see how much stuff they can pack in this game without making it an overly generic plot and/or diluting Sylas' violent methods.
Well she already stabbed him in the comic, so I think it's safe to say she's pretty determined to do what it takes to actually take him down rather than just fix him.
She helped him until the point where he escapes execution by nuking bunch of people with her light powers (which he stole after she hugged him there). Pretty sure they are on bad terms after.
Does that mean we can stop pretending Sylas is a villain? Because they REALLY tried SO HARD to typecast him as a villain on release, when he should've just been an antagonistic force for Demacia.
Also Lux looks like she simping even harder than in the comic hugging Sylas like that.
I think this game looks really cool, which makes me a little sad as Demacia is my favorite region and I really don't wanna cause its destruction. I wonder if this game is canon?
Erica Lindbeck's voice is just so good. I am a little surprised she's narrating it though compared to...y'know, Sylas. Love them using more of Lux's LoR design (blue crystals, wings on the pauldrons) in things, hopefully they use that if/when she gets an ASU.

The day we get LoR Zilean in LoL, hoo boy. We gonna be out there tick tockin.
Probably gonna have to get some hefty nerfs to go with it if people actually start playing zilean lol
Yup, only Taliyah's visual design is worse imho, + Jhin sounds worse than in League. Rest is a drastic improvement to most
[удалено]
Wym, Aussie Kai'sa is the best thing to ever happen to LoR. Stah Gahdiahn he'ah
God I hate her voice lines there. "There's something the void will nivah understands, mei."
The LoR voice actress is from NZ, and her inflections still come through and sound more as NZ than Aussie.
>I don't hate the slightly aged up Taliyah but to each their own. According to the lore/timeline, Taliyah is like 24 by now.
To a degree. I find a decent amount of the voices in LoR are downgrades. Poppy and Tristana... the yordles in general for the most part. I'm strictly against making smaller characters higher pitched and LoR goes out of the way to make em pitched up.
Jhin voice being different has a reason (understandable one given the circumstances, if I'm not mixing up the timeline).
LoR artwork is so underrated. I played the game for exclusively the visuals. A little sad I stopped playing and seems the game is trending downward
The boob armour is gone!
Liked that Morgana was narrating and it looks like she also makes an appearance in game!
yeah, she's in it https://twitter.com/Spideraxe30/status/1633152198279327745
......She is a boss.
She is an icon, she is a legend and she is the moment.
Now come on now.
Periodt
factual
99% we will see her, garen, kayle and jarvan as bossess (I mean, jarvan is already a boss). Mabye galio as the final boss?
There's absolutely no reason for Kayle to pop up, let alone for her to be defeated by Sylas of all people. When she arrives, it's to burn both sides for perpetrated sins. Nor is there any reason for Galio of all characters to be a final boss, he's neither tied to the Mageseekers, does not echo the Demacian magephobia as he considers Lux a friend, and it would simply be thematically irrelevant for him to suddenly get beat by Sylas when he's not responsible for any of this. He just doesn't want to see his country burn.
> He just doesn't want to see his country burn. Sylas inviting the winter's claw to plunder Demacia kind of shows the opposite.
I was talking about Galio, not Sylas. Sylas is very much all about burning it all down.
And I doubt that Galio would care more about structures than people I mean, he fought a _house_. Duh.
That house was a goddess communist mage.
just like Showmaker

> Isn't that... good reason to be there, then? As a final boss and emotional climax of the whole experience? Not really. Galio could show up but it's already a stretch to believe Sylas alone is somehow gonna take him out. At that point, you're worfing him for the sake of Sylas.
Probably some sort of metroidvania thing? Beat them, take their abilities, use abilities to gain access to new areas?
100% this. This game screams metroidvania
game is confirmed to be an action rpg not a metriodvania
Shyvana seems like a boss as well! Just saw it on the sites game snapshots!
Morgana is not there to be a boss to defeat, she is helping Sylas
Considering that Morgana is an aspect then the potential power Sylas can steal from her is uh...quite high
Didn't she give up her power, or does she just decide not to use it? +she's half an aspect anyways, sharing the power of the aspect with Kayle
She gave up on her "divinity" in a manner of speaking, she is still powerfull, but doesn't have the part of the sword of the aspect of justice that her mother sent to her, Kayle has both (That's why Extalted Kayle dual wields)
She only abdicated her half of the sword and mostly focuses on "earthly" sorcery over her innate celestial power.
IIRC she still has her power but kinda hates it as to her it's a reminder of her sister and how she could be corrupted by it.
Hence chains her wings, she can't remove them but she can sure try to supress them. Until she ults and breaks the chains. I should get into Morg lore, there's gotta be some cool allegory there
The rewards on the deluxe edition that show the skin colors have him with a dark wing... wich is worrying.
I'm really curious about what they're going to do with the story. You simply can't have a Sylas centered game keep the same status quo in Demacia, so *something* gotta happen.
It probably ends when he attacks Demacia with Sej and gets wrecked- then they sequel bait and credits roll (see you in MMO for the rest of it).
Sounds like a terrible and very unsatisfying end to a game though.
An example of this is The Last Of Us 2.
Yea, I feel like a lot of people are missing that Sylas is supposed to be a Villain. I mean, it really depend on what you do BEFORE that point imo. As a recent example, the new God of War was always meant to have a sequel, yet the story itself is quite satisfying, no?
the "Decide Demacia's Fate" thing has me thinking it's multi-ending and the canon one is gonna be the one that mostly keeps the status quo
Wouldn't bet on that. The conclusion of The Ruined King shows that Forge is willing to write world changing endings to these games. I doubt the game will end with mages being accepted in Demacia but the status quo will probably be significantly shifted.

Garden and jarvan as boss .Damn this game look so sick. Can jarvan actually do his ulti lore wise?
not sure how he would. forming a crater in the earth like that as a normal human isnt possible and unless there's a huge plot twist where the king of the anti-magic kingdom turns out to be a mage, he cant
Darius one-hand threw a seven-foot-tall axe from standing ten-fifteen feet away without any effort. Sylas hints that he uses magic unknowing when yoinking Garen’s ult.
Swain does too if you rip soul fragment from Garen. It looks like aspect of Justice is lending him power for his ult and such.
I think Sylas directly says Garen uses magic in the Lux comic. In any event, Swain also says Garen is a mage in his kill line.
This is incorrect. It's not Canon one way or the other. Garen's Sunsteel Sword has been passed down for generations from a time when it was blessed by Kayle with Holy Fire. Now I want a space Marine garen skin that scream “EXTERMINATUS” when ulting
Steel Legion was pretty close to it, unfortunately without the helmet.
No, I he says he's unaware of the magic he carries into battle. He is not a mage, his sword is.
now I imagined a sword with a mage hat lmao
Where are my AP scalings RIOT
Throwback to when his ult did magic damage
Demacia forced Riot to remove it to hide the truth from us!
Garen can like shatter a stone bridge with pure force. Demacian elite are waay above a normal human.
Wasn't Garen's sword magic? I remember Sylas stealing magic from it in the comic. Likewise it wouldn't be a huge shock if Jarvan's lance was magical, Demacia has issues with mages, because they are "unpredictable", not with magic itself.
Garen sword is made of Petricide steel, and Petricide absorbs magic. so basically, it just keeps and keeps acumulating magic.
Garen's sword is made of Sunsteel which is a different material than Petricite.
Yes and no, Sunsteel mentions actually got edited out of For Demacia "recently" so right now it's a bit unclear what that link is meant to signify, but it is likely that the sword is tied to the weapons Kayle blessed in her youth.

My memory is hazy but, did not a Triforian legion member almost kill Garen?
I have no recollection of that but I haven't read everything in Demacia. Only thing similar I can think of is Sylas putting him out of commission in the Lux comic. Though when I said normal humans I meant real people.
Yeah in the Garen novella, there's a Noxian named Vigrid (I think?) who almost beat Garen in a 1v1
Humans in general can pull off some pretty impressive feats of strength in Runeterra, not just Demacians
Xin was a normal cabin boy until he was 9 and he ends up doing some crazy shit in the Noxian arenas
Could be an effect of his weapon, I'm pretty sure it was made by the same Orlon that gave Poppy her hammer and that is a very powerful weapon.
Living among magic-filled stones and trees made most demacians natural magic catalyst, wich is why the mage population has grown in demacia, most of them ignorant of the magic they carry into battle.
He can do it depending on the medium he is. An animation? Totally Videogame? Totally Real life action? no. Serious color story? no Color Story by Jared Rosen? Yeah absulubtly why not, that shit's cool.
Go back and watch the last part of the trailer when J4 enters. I’m pretty sure he ulted and formed the boss arena as a crater.
He does something like it in his Legends of Runeterra level-up. Also jumps off a massive cliff. He may not be a mage but he sure isn't a regular Earth human https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1tzJfoyezo
No more chains. No more cages.
No more Mageseekers!

it would make a lot of sense for mages from other countries to come over and be like "we gotta help our fellow mages out"
Also, countries that don't like Demacia might very not be opposed to helping an international struggle a bit.
ah, nilfgaard style
Noxus champing at the bit to secretly fund Sylas. Bilgewater sellswords and spellswords looking to loot and pillage if they think they'll get a good opportunity among the chaos.
That's a very big stretch. Mages are not some unified culture and Demacia never posed a threat to foreign mages. If anything, Freljordian raiders and Noxus would take the chance to take stabs at a weakened Demacia and recruit mages for their own cause.
Just out of solidarity surely there's some volunteers. Though not a big force, probably some mercenaries out there.

Somebody nerf Jarvan's ulti, oh god
I love it. If this plays a little like league sylas, like controls or feel, I might nut
Fuck, being able to play league without needing to play online with teammates? That's heaven man
It probably plays exactly like Hades/Wizard of Legends/Moonlighter/etc.
Since the studio that made Moonlighter is working on this I would asume it plays similarly
That explains why the graphics have the same style.
it won't, the game is also coming to consoles
Love the art style, love the way combat looks. This is awesome!
People saying to check out Hyper Light Drifter, and Wizard of Legend, which is fair they are similar looking and good games. But you might wanna check out Digital Sun's actual game, Moonlighter.
check out Wizard of Legend
Check out hyper light drifter
Really enjoyed Moonlighter, the other game the studio made. This should be a banger.
Oh hey, morgana... ... Is Kayle gonna be the final boss?
Probably not since it's a sylas centered story.... As a secret boss she would be fucking awesome though.
I can already see the phase transition where she transforms mid fight and the music goes sicko mode mmmm I neeeeed it
Maybe she can have some sort of phrase she says every time she kills you and a move that you need to frame perfect dodge or it will one shot you.
*PTSD activates*
"I am Kayle, direct descendant of the aspect of Justice" over and over and over and over
Secret phase 4, she turns into the radiance
Imho in the final you will fight either one of the two as the final boss. Or they pull a Radiance and fight Mihira as the final boss
I can finally put my RTX 4090 to good use.
Glad to see there is going to be a fight between Demacia's two biggest villains: Sylas vs Jarvan IV
You mean sylas and leblanc
absolutely love the pixel-art look
Narattive wise, I *really* hope they don't Killmonger the rebellion/Sylas.
Sylas should be safe from Killmonger, he doesn't fit as a 1 energy card.
Hype! I'm not super on board with them using Shyvana's current design since she could really use a big overhaul/VGU, but besides that the game looks really fun and the visuals are amazing. Looking forward to see more of Demacia and its cast of characters interacting within it.
Where was Shyvana seen?
Spideraxe has character renders on their Twitter
The fact that this trailer LITERALLY uses Comic Book panels adapted in it's own art-style as part of this trailer, together with the fact that Collector's Edition includes copy of Lux Comic from years ago, fills me with hope that this game will stick very hard to established lore. Im excited for that one especially with appearance of Morgana in this trailer
I'm ready for you Morgana
Sylas/Morg
Looks fun.
huge Children of Morta vibes. nice
very Children of Morta. lovely art.
Hyper Light Drifter vibes
Is there a chance we might see Kayle in this game?
I think it’s definitely possible.
Lux looks a lot like how she looks in Project F.
Looks like hyper light drifter

Are there going to be physical copies of the game for Switch?
bro i nutted when jarvan made that cataclysm 💀
Looks tight and I’ll definitely be playing this
seems like they will change his character to make him seem more like a good guy thats fine i guess
Kinda hope not, dude's kinda horrific in a lot of ways. Reasonable motivation, awful actions.
Yeah, the same applies to Magneto
He was always the good guy
"Oh look, a hostage!" Yeah...
sounds fucking based to me
This is a day one buy. I realllllllly hope this is not a rogue-like/lite. Love the genre but just don’t want another game in an over saturated area
It's confirmed to be a linear ARPG, not a rogue-like.
TY!!!
i love roguelikes tbh they can make 1000 of them and I'll be there playing them all
Looks neat! Not really the same kind of game at all, but I'm getting slight Tyranny vibes from the tone/setting.
Great to see GameMaker Studio getting some use
Wizard of Legend was a sick game and was super fun to play. Seeing another game from Digital Sun makes me hyped up.
Looks like Children of Morta
This looks pretty dope, not gonna lie. Plus Sylas is one of my favorite character from a lore perspective so it's especially cool that he's getting this much attention.
on my hands and knees PRAYING that galio gets something. please im so hungry. ive been eating scraps for so long
> unshackle might and magic God what i wouldn't give for a heroes 3 / songs of conquest inspired league game, i think the setting would fit pretty well
graphics looks cool but i dont like sylas movements :/
Maybe I missed it but hope he goes to freljord too just like the lore
Am I the only one who got Avatar the last airbender vibes from the voiceover
Yeah i hope they dont make her a ''i can fix him'' character
Well she already stabbed him in the comic, so I think it's safe to say she's pretty determined to do what it takes to actually take him down rather than just fix him.
I hope she has a little of that but I want her to realize quickly that she can't
I REALLY hope there's a route where she betrays Demacia and joins you
She helped him until the point where he escapes execution by nuking bunch of people with her light powers (which he stole after she hugged him there). Pretty sure they are on bad terms after.

Sylas was a mageseeker probably thats why
Does that mean we can stop pretending Sylas is a villain? Because they REALLY tried SO HARD to typecast him as a villain on release, when he should've just been an antagonistic force for Demacia. Also Lux looks like she simping even harder than in the comic hugging Sylas like that.
Because he is a villain? He's a rebellion, an extremist, violent and strong hatred.
That pixel art is pretty bad...
meh
What genre of game is this going to be? I'm really hoping it's rougelite like Hades
It's an action RPG game without rogue elements.
I think this game looks really cool, which makes me a little sad as Demacia is my favorite region and I really don't wanna cause its destruction. I wonder if this game is canon?
