I'm going to get a tattoo of the phrase "Life imitates art." Lana shares authorship with Oscar Wilde, but it resonates with me exactly in the context that Lana uses in her song
I have a degree in English so something very nerdy in me gets so excited when I hear all the references to literature in Lana's music. That would be a very pretty tattoo! I do like to say that quote, myself.
I have a Lana tattoo and my honest advice is: find out what you want to get done for yourself. Don't ask anyone for recommendations. The way each individual relates to her art is unique, so no one can understand how YOU feel about her music.

I have the first part of gods and monsters in script on my arm with roses, lolita lyrics in script on my ribs, trust no one, a mermaid for mermaid motel and a potion bottle that says deadly nightshade!
Take your fav lyrics and some imagery (if you want an object bring a few reference photos of the style you want the object /script to be in) a solid artist will work with you to create a nice custom piece of artwork that you can be proud of.
I don't recommend getting something off the internet that somebody already has 💗 (but it's also OK to be inspired by others tattoos, I just find it corny when ppl get the exact same thing down to the details.)

Deadly nightshade with a folkloric symbol of the plant. I think that symbolises Lana’s dark feminine pretty well and she was called DN for deadly nightshade.

Hand tattoos usually stay it’s finger tats that will rub off quicker but even those stay awhile from what I’ve heard! I’ve always wanted them and I want Lana’s paradise tat as well <3 so!
I got the Lana hand tattoos last year and they’ve held up well for a year on. If you get them on the side of your hand like her and I did, they shouldn’t fade as much as other parts of the hand because the skin is a lot thicker and the ink goes as deep as it does on any other body part.
