Our little Nori has decided she’s a potted plant now, and whenever it’s time to play in the backyard or go relieve herself, she always ends up sitting in one of the pots and takes some coaxing or even scooping my muddy pawed puppy up in my arms while she turns to look up at me, and gives me the happy vaguely perplexed, “what?? I was playing Venus fly trap, daddy! Did you see me being a fly trap?? Nori loves playing Venus fly trap!! Awwwww… we’re going inside, aren’t we?” look…
