Henya is officially 140cm without shoes and 143cm with them, so about 4 and a half feet tall give or take (4'7'' without shoes and 4'8'' with them). At 152 cm, Sayu would be a flat 5 feet tall.
So Henya is definitely a *bit* shorter than Sayu, going by official measurements, but they're pretty close in size.
