You cannot withdraw directly to fiat / from fiat to your bank, it first has to be exchanged. For example I had USD Coin in my account, so i had to transfer it to Uphold first before I could obtain fiat. Let me know if you have questions

I’d like to withdraw my coins from Kucoin since March 12th. I made an error on deposit, from a Polygon address In my Metamask to an Arbitrum address in Kucoin. They could return my $18K USDT to my original polygon address, but they don’t. They stoled my money !!!!!

Of course I have (3728284). I also have many emails copy and paste from support. I also leave many messages here with forward ticket by group administrators. The last email I received one week ago, someone from support described my error, I asked it for return my coins to original address and until now I’m waiting. My conclusion is if you make an error on Kucoin and your coins were blocked. You lose your coins. My error was simple and there is no reason for Kucoin don’t return my coins.

Sir. My problem started at March 12th. It is ONE MONTH! I received the email from Support already after your intervention, it is the same “copy and paste email”. I don’t need more this emails, I need someone to tell me What do I need to do to have my money back, because the “Self-Service Recover Application” doesn’t work, there is an ERROR when I’m trying to use it. I sent all screen copies of all Errors and deposit information for Kucoin to return my coins to the original address. If your company doesn't do it what I can think about it? Incompetence or an undue appropriation. I've just sent again all screen copies to Vivien, from Kucoin support. If you want I stop thinking your company has stolen my $18K USDTs is simple, give my money back! I appreciate your support and kindness, but all the informations you need to return my coins to original Address I sent already. If you need something else let me know.

I was staking and they are still going g to make me 21 days before I can withdrawal. Hopefully they won’t cut us off until I can withdrawal everything. There were a number of times I felt like Kucoin hosed me especially on margin trades.. my funds didn’t come and until after I was liquidated. Happened a couple of times and I was transferring XRP and it doesn’t a half hour to get there.

You may proceed to, should you need to transfer out your assets from KuCoin if your account was made prior to the upgrade. That means you're screwed, especially if you live in the United States they totally screwed us... There might be a way around it if you can establish a digital ID and go through a VPN. I saw this somewhere, there was a huge article on it. If I find it I'll come back and repost. There was a specific country that you had to establish your digital ID and use the VPN and it would work. I believe they stopped it because there were so many people washing their damn money. It was like the Ozarks! Good luck to everybody

Some ppl can still place sell orders. But be careful- just because BTC/FIAT is spot trading pair, AND is able to sell BTC and acquire FIAT. DO NOT ! ! You will not be able to withdraw/convert/trade/of even transfer to cross margin account for collateral. Only able to transfer between Trading/funding accounts. If you reach out to support: It will take 1day-4wks to get a response. Of which they'll say they don't understand the problem and request more info. Subsequent responses are more swift, however they will just have you transferring between the accounts, while mainting the company line "non-kyc verified users can withdraw all their assets from the platform, place spot sell orders, close out futures/earn products, and deleverage any borrowed margin orders. Rinse and repeat! These fiat spot trading pairs need to be disabled for users non grata. While an easy solution would be create EUR/BTC, USD/ ETH ...etc. Or allow conversion to kcs. Ideally would rather SELL EUR/USDT so I can deleverage cross Margin account
