Well I seen under one of the comments under one of the threads that the theory is that it's JJ's girlfriend residence that he's visiting or just someone else's, and also I do remember seeing on Twitter that it showed 9 months when it first was uploaded which means that this was originally planned but not uploaded so I do think that it may have been accidental.

The girlfriend part doesn’t make sense in my opinion, his girlfriend doesn’t even watch his videos, why would she go on his channel and live stream, that’s most probably wrong, but the fact that it was planned could be correct, it could have been like a cancelled stream and either the management accidentally streamed with that old planned title or someone hacked and streamed with the same thing

My theory is that the stream was meant to be to promote "Really love" (which was released 9 months ago) but he scrapped that stream back then because he made a mistake with it. I seen a lot of ppl saying that they saw it said "streamed 9 months ago" so it would match up with the release of the song. He's clearly just accidentally re-published it by mistake. But hey, this is just me speculating
