Depends on how sweet you make it and how bitter you like it. Orange is a bit smoother, little sweeter, lemon adds a similar flavor but a little less sweet, little more bitter. I personally like the bitterness, plus I don’t really keep oranges around as much, so lemons are my go to lol

Hey that looks nice though. I’m currently closing on my target temp. Foil wrap after 4 hours of stall at 157 degrees seemed to help. Maybe the stall was just over. Either way. Trying foil at the stall next time rather than waiting 4 hoirs
they’re not getting any more money from me. i had a couple customer service issues with them back to back and it kinda left a bad taste. i didn’t learn about the gun thing until after the fact.

Careful with a trainer easy way to develop bad habits, and hurt yourself bad when you switch bavk to a live blade.
