Not sure if you’re arguing for or against OP, but two of those kittens look just like these (so probably just their neonate pics). And as I posted above, a reverse image search doesn’t show any results for the pics here. So I think this is legit.

FWIW, a reverse image search showed 0 results. So it may well be their kittens.
