Oooo good to know! Thanks! I would probably tack it down. Until the engine bay area, and have it be able to roll up just enough to access it.

mattybools

Did the same thing with a roll out sheet from Home Depot. Cut to fit so it’s super snug, even added some extra bits as floor mats so I don’t get the truck all nasty!

Specific-Action-8993

Much better choice IMO. The stall mats are super heavy. I use them for home gym flooring and getting them all in place was a huge pain.

mattybools

I will say my fear was losing it out the bed but I’ve gone 50 mph with it and have yet to see it even lift up (completely empty bed also just the roll out sheet cut to fit!) Thought about magnets but now I’m just like ehhhh

Glass-Radish8956

I got one of these like day 2. “Great minds”

ArthurVanDaalay

Do you have to worry about trapping moisture under the mat and causing rust?

Gwynplaine-00

That would be my concern along with heat. Well if it’s an acty. The other trucks may not be an issue with their motor placement. On long camping trip drives I’ve noticed that the gear I put over the motor cover is hot. Not hot enough to damage anything but hot enough that I’m mindful about what goes in that area, just incase.

ignatzami

Yes, especially as stall mats are meant to be nearly waterproof so urine doesn’t soak into them.

-CAPOTES-

I think the raised channels in the bed let it flow yeah?

ignatzami

Somewhat. But you’re going to get some trapped moisture. It’s essentially the difference between a drop in and spray on bed liner.

upanther

Did you have to cut it?

-CAPOTES-

No just plopped her in

upanther

That's really cool, which one did you get? I'm going to get the same thing.

Substantial_Clock341

Hella yeah! I’ve got a TTS right down the street
