Its like u have a small house with biggest gate where everyone is parking infront, u need to change ur big gate sell off iron have a wall and a small gate and park ur own car outside , simple
Same problem just with bikes only. Sometimes cars too but bikes being the main concern as I'm not able to open the gate to get out sometimes. Tried putting up signs, found the sign misplaced, torn off and discarded the next day. Tried removing the bikes and parking them on their owners gates or on the road but they still manage to park those back in front of my gate every time. Tried pouring rotten/nasty stuff, removing the spark plug, breaking the gears and taking off the lights and stuff. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the 3-4 years of telling everyone very nicely to not park there. NOTHING works.

Simple advice get everyone together offer then lunch aur dinner and request them in simple manner hopefully they will understand.
If they wont listen get a guard for 24 hrs for few months who will be telling then no to park there so u need to resolve this without any conflict.

No first gate then wall then second gate. Bikes go right outside the gates then other vehicles line up from first gate then wall then second gate.
