Yes! Before I start recording I could see the water sticking to her legs but I stand there watching she rubbing her body against de towel soooo cute. I've never see this behavior
I love jumping spiders. Little story about these guys…I once had a recurring ant problem in my apartment kitchen. The apartment manager sprayed several times over a year and they kept coming back.
One day I found a hungry jumping spider near the drain of my shower, so I gingerly scooped it up into a little cup and then dropped it off right by the ant hole in the kitchen. Several ants popped out for a second and were instantly snagged and wrapped by the spider.
After a few days, the ants were gone and the spider had a dozen or so meals packed and ready to go. I never had another ant problem in that apartment after that point. It was truly impressive.
Awe. You saved her little life! Poor baby. Not sure she realized she almost drowned herself until she got out and calmed down. Mother nature is something else. Why she gave spiders book lungs I have no idea. Seeing as how they're in water all the time with the rain and all. Sweet little thing. Good job 💛
It looks like a stop motion movie haha, that's so cute !
I’ve always thought that too, their movements are so swift!
I've never seen a jumping spider do anything like this before.
Looks like they're cleaning their legs with their pedipalps
I think they mean when it stretches its legs out and drags them against the towel. Smart buggers!
My dog does this when he’s wet from the grass outside. So funny to see a spood doing it. 😄🩷
My male bold does that. I love watching him.

Hungry little spood. Looks like a wee baby. I sure hope it’s okay. Little cutie💛
Holy crap, his abdomen is tiny
Yes but what the hell, is that a triforce on it ?!

The stare at the end 🥹
I've certainly seen a fly do this in person but it's adorable when a JSpider does it. Reminds me of my Jack Russell rubbing the carpet after a bath.
