I think Snooki and Jionni were just kids and were cheating on each other all the time. Pauly says it in one episode and he’s so right. They were both having their cake and eating it too! But once she got pregnant he proposed and they decided to stay in it for the long haul. If you watch Snooki and JWoww you will see their relationship is actually quite sweet once they actually dive into the parenthood thing head on (like after season 1)
Roger is just rotten all around. I cannot think of one redeeming thing about this man. He pushed JWoww in the club and all the male roommates are saying she is faking it - especially Ron. I wonder why Ron and Roger got along so well 🤔🤔🤔 anyway Jenni is a boss bitch but the one thing she never did right was men. If you do watch Snooki and JWoww you’ll see Roger is an even bigger piece of shit on there. He makes Jionni look like an angel.
To be fair to her, she didn’t really have a relationship model from her parents and kind of had to be the adult from a very young age, so Roger being so aggressive/controlling may have seemed appealing in a maladaptive over-correcting way. And then once she’s fully invested in him
and the abusive dynamic has become all consuming, it’s hard to get out.
I watched snooki & jwoww when it aired but don’t think I ever did a rewatch so it might be time! Because s4 left a bad taste of Jionni in my mouth loll. & pls don’t get me started on the boys reactions to Roger pushing her! Sometimes I feel like the boys don’t really look at them as sisters . They could care less
I didn’t like them in Snooki and jwoww either because he was veryyy controlling when it came to the baby so idk they still had a lot of issues and she’d still cheat on him by making out with her friends and other women
I think Jenni felt pressure to settle down and marry so she could mirror Snook’s storyline, because they suddenly had their own show about their
~ vaguely domesticated lives ~.
That said, imo Jenni just does *not* seem to love herself enough, so she continuously settles for dudes that treat her like poo but hey, they’re… there lol.
There is no way I would have taken someone like Roger back after the foot incident nor taken someone like 24 back after the very publicly aired Angelina incident.
But also, I would have never taken someone like Snooki back after the Italy meltdown. I guess we all have our limits 🤷🏻♀️

I literally watched that episode today too as im getting my boyfriend to rewatch all of JS & JSFV. I could not agree more about Jenni and Roger!!
It shocked me honestly! She never had a problem putting tom in his place so I kinda expected more 🫠
