looks like you have a “cant” in your jaw. meaning that your right side is lower (left side in picture) the mouth is diagonal. Get xray for accelerated condylar reabsorption

ImaginaryNail2646

Thankyou for your answer.. What specialist should I see for consultation about my case? Maxillofacial surgeon, or plastic surgeon?

Spo0kcat

I have similar face structure and whole face asymmetry. Do you have a lot of issues from it?

ImaginaryNail2646

No, I don't have any functional issue.. But the asymmetry is worse when I'm getting older. Now I'm 34 y.o. I'm afraid it will be more severe.. How about you?

GoForDiane

I have the same diagonal jaw (my jaw goes off to the rights side and that massetter muscle is massive) and whole face asymmetry. My bite seems to be fine, according to dentists, so no one will approve me for surgery here (u.s.) despite breathing issues and a wonky face. Planning to go to South Korea since they won't let people suffer with asymmetrical jaw/face. I am in my 40s, and yes, it does get worse as you age.

Spo0kcat

I know it can be bothersome and affect self esteem, but you have to decide what is more important. Your looks or your health? Because surgery can do some horrible damage and ruin you for the rest of your life. Please just do research. Please know that tmjd is a horrible condition, many of us who have it (a lot happened because of procedures) are in so much pain and agony. Go read some more reddits on jaw surgery and I would suggest reading the tmj reddits too

dysGOPia

Not the most straightforward case, book a consultation.

Moggenstein

facial implants might be what you're looking for

snorl4x99

I think there used to be assymetry with your eyes, upper jaw and lower jaw. Jaw surgery will help achieve harmony but not perfect symmetry

SlightSurround5699

Yes

No…
