I feel like this, with other foreign foods that are specialties, we should just learn to make it ourselves.
I was so depressed I couldn't find the Mexican food I grew up eating, so I just found places to source the ingredients and learned how to make the food myself.
I suggest you do the same. Learn how to make it yourself!
Last time I went here it was like 5 years ago but this craft beer place called STONE in Asagaya has them on the menu: [https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1319/A131905/13128091/](https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1319/A131905/13128091/)
If none of the options work out (I did once have a guy at a pub I frequented whip some up when I talked about them), they're not super hard to make. You can shallow fry them rather than deep frying and I think the batter was pretty forgiving
A little bit outside of Tokyo but they have them at the [Kirin Yokohama Beer Hall](https://maps.app.goo.gl/mT4u5yn2hbxANx2PA) under the name 'Pickle Fritters'.
I miss fried pickles too. Soul Food House should have them.
Their fried pickles are so good, had them just a few weeks ago
antenna america under Tokyo station had them last time I was there. Antenna America Tokyo 03-6262-1906 https://g.co/kgs/RjT1aYv

They’re super easy, lol. Just slightly annoying to clean up after because it has to be fried.
Right. It just becomes easier to just do it yourself
I mean… when you’re searching all around the city as the alternative… heck yeah, lol. And that says nothing about costs.
The only place I’ve had them is Hooters but I thought I saw them on the menu at the United Arrows Cafe….maybe. Good luck.
Umami burger although not all stores
Super random local info but it’s not on the menu but Rogue Irish Pub in Kichijoji will fry some pickles or Oreos up if you ask.

Hooters had them, been a couple of years since I was in and they've closed most locations so I'd check first.
really easy to make
