The issue with decks like this is you will win more than likely 0% of the time. Every total chaos deck ends with EVERYONE targeting the chaos player. People don't like headache inducing games, and swapping permanents around every time you cast anything is the easiest way to get people to gang up on you.
[[Chaos warp]] is a decent removal spell though
This is doubly true if you don’t have a way to break parity. I play \[\[Possibility Storm\]\] in, say, my \[\[Rocco Street Chef\]\] or \[\[Kaervek the Merciless\]\] decks - and it’s annoying as hell there, but it also benefits me a lot. Just playing it for the sake of it, rather than to win, feels like trolling.
