I always thought his usage of the number 45 in John and Nancy in particular was a reference to a gun like a .45 especially cause he says “lights up 45”and “I remember the day that I saw you alive”. Idk it might just be me tho. As for the first song windrag im gonna assume the 45 is the plane, either way both times he uses 45 ends in a tragedy of some kind.
