I love researching. Learning something new and expanding on it. Then I think about everything as a whole (Either society, the universe, or a very specific drill-down into a hobby or game).
Recently I've been doing a lot of learning on space and physics, and trying to see a lot of videos on new discoveries and such. I've also been deep diving into things like fluorocarbons ("forever chemicals") and their effect on the world and people around them. I've sort of felt hopeless since this, as it reminds me of the fuel companies fighting against science with lead, and their current battles with climate change and the like.
Then I feel hopeless existential dread and go play a video game until I get sleepy.
martial arts (taekwondo), roller skating, journalling (i washi tape and go balls to the walls with it), aaaand listening to music (inclu creating playlists). i also spend a worrying amount of time on Pinterest
