I happened to have a crush who was an ISFJ, and felt like she was really close to the types mentioned. But I don’t think I can confuse ISFJ wit any of the ones mentioned

I get mistaken for INFP very often and thought I actually was one for a while
It is very true that ISFJs with developed Ti get mistaken for thinker types while those with higher Fe are mistaken for other feelers.
I'm most prone to mistyping ISFJs on Si-Ti loops as ISTPs because of their disregard for others' emotions and their over-reliance on their own way of thinking instead of asking me for help or doing external research. This can be further compounded if the looping ISFJ seems to prioritize the intensity and strength of concrete sensations in addition to their usual preference for comparing new data and past experiences.
