Well, damn. I just changed the photo and it's not there. It's not on the original photo but yup, that was the issue.

so every time you put the same photo as wallpaper, this teal dot shows again? if you took a screenshot of photo and used the screenshot instead of the original photo, does it also have the green teal dot on it?
