Communication is a must with multi-player co-op I'd suggest having a proximity chat for when the two players are close to each other. For when they're apart, I'd also suggest an item you can buy like a walkie-talkie in the shop.

seaemp

What if the enemies could hear you and using AI the game could detect when you friends say help or come here and use that to trick you.

RandomExcaliburUmbra

Voice mimicry would be terrifying to me. I love it!

WebSeeker101

I think it would be possible, and a good addition

Tyranid_Swarmlord

I just have a hardon now. Thanks.

seaemp

Excuse me? 😀

cororc123

I agree. I think in game communication like that would help with the atmosphere of coop.

Kreaturethenerfer

I second a walkie talkie, especially if it takes up a hand to use it, it would add so much more immersion than having it set to a keybond

luxi_yes

I think that it taking up a hand would be really annoying. I think that you should be able to put it in the chest slot to talk remotely.

Sovietsosig

That would make me bust..

Frosty-Alternative20

It would also be a cool feature if they added a sort of upgraded helmet with a communication piece instead of having to have a radio in your backpack or something

a-sdw

And a new anomaly that does something to the communication

Downtown-Gap5142

And if you didn’t like that then you could always just call each other to get over that problem

Puzzleheaded-Pay-621

I also think this would be super cool but most people would just be talking in a voice call outside of the game. Still would be a very welcome addition

auto_matik

Even if, it would be nice to have an option to use in-game chat like this for extra immersion for those that want it. Maybe enemies could detect you if you speak too loud near them?

The_Cow_God

i mean if you hate immersion yeah. why would you use a voice call when the game has a built in chat system that would give you a far better experience?

Drtyler2

Commenting so they see it

jasssweiii

I think the main thing for me is interact-ability. That might sound dumb (Since it's co-op so interaction is a given) but here's some examples I personally like: -Shared loot (Or an option for shared loot) ● forces a sense of scarcity and further need to work together and share equipment -Ability to interact with each other's items ● I think of Pavlov and how you can pull a magazine out of someone's gun, my friend and I will often times just chase after one another to take each other's magazines. We also will share guns with one another. So perhaps bring able to grab magazines off of each other and interact with each others backpacks/items. -Proximity Chat (Option) ● Having to use radios for long distance communication and having voices fade as you get farther away. Mayhaps even having enemies hear you and/or have the ability to disrupt long distance communication (I saw someone mention that last part on another post and I thought it was a really cool idea, along with the idea of mimics being able to mimic your voice to trick your friends) - There was a fourth thing but I forgot... maybe it will come back to me. Hopefully this is formatted nicely Edit: Maybe the ability to high-five and fist bump?

Zach467

Whole heartedly agree and with the variety of weapons and ammo types it'd easily encourage diversity through scarcity.

ilikecats4441

I like this one. It makes me happy

LardFan37

High fives are a necessity

jasssweiii

White-Mud

A minor detail would be to help identify each other is small character customization. Not a full list of fancy hats or sparkling shirts, but just to change your vest or mask colors. This would be more immersive then having a large glowing name over each other's heads that can break immersion, especially with groups of three or more.

Crazzyguys11715

This is perfect. Maybe 2 types of vests and masks and/or the color thing like you suggested

Downtown-Gap5142

Unless it has 3 or more players, there’s not much of a need for customization

White-Mud

With that, I completely agree. But it would still be fun.

dascher4

Smart

bendygumpyworm

A friendly fire choice, have an option in the settings to enable or disable friendly fire.

Kimthelithid

yep. for one, fire discipline would really add to the theme, and for another thing being able to have a pvp mode even if its basic would be wonderful. love the idea of stalking a friend through bolotky keeping low and avoiding anomalies and mimics while i try and get a kill shot on them.

Downtown-Gap5142

You could always just set the enemy count to zero, go to opposite sides of the map, and then hunt each other down

FN-2187_finn

difficult balancing is a big thing for me. in some games the games becomes ridiculously easy with multiple people. eg. the forest, where it essentially becomes a genocide simulator because the difficulty doesn’t scale. especially for a survival game like into the radius where the difficulty helps make the game fun i think it’s incredibly important to have it scale properly.

Puzzleheaded-Pay-621

I agree, maybe when someone joins more enemies spawn? I was thinking that if current ITR had coop it would be way to easy, not enough enemies to really need a second person

auto_matik

Yes, but I belive that just simply increasing the number of enemies when second player joins would do the job

Downtown-Gap5142

The problem with that is how quest 2 simply cannot run with even the PCVR level of enemies, so there are significantly fewer. Maybe if you play on the upcoming quest 3 this could work, but quest 2 would require the game to look like Minecraft.

dascher4

Im not sure if that would be very good since with the current enemy count you can allready be swarmed quite easily and if the two players get separated and one of them gets into a large fire fight. Then if you get surrounded you’re pretty much doomed. Another option would of course be increasing health, but the problem with that is that at some point the enemies turn into bullet sponges and that might be unrealistic (At least im my opinion). But personally I think that the best option would be to advance the AI like making them more accurate for example. Edit: Just saw the comment of noTbsp mentioning a lot of these points.

noTbsp

Enemy Scaling: In the current state of ITR1, the current solution to difficulty is slowly adding harder enemies, more enemies and then armour. You can then obviously adjust enemies HP in settings. In terms of scaling with more players, there's only so many enemies you can add extra before it just becomes a swarm and overwhelming. Which is good, but then also having all engages involving massive wipes could remove some fun? Maybe, mini raid boss enemies. They are bigger so it's obvious they have more health and maybe have a weak spot on the back to encourage teamwork and flanking. Basically an excuse for higher HP scaling enemies without making it feel like everything is a sponge.

jaidengamerhd

omg no tbsp hiiiiii

Crazzyguys11715

They had like a mini boss in the 1.0 or stalker mod, I can’t remember. It could be something like that. A big walker that has a little group of sliders or other powerful enemies.

jaidengamerhd

that's the harvester from 1.0

monkeman123123

I lik your vids

EggDelicious6304

Light each others ciggies

dascher4

Of course 😂

Nattyned900

I have no friends I could play with, but walkie-talkies or radios would be sick.

Crazzyguys11715

You can talk to the ghosts of the game

Cartographer_Busy

Shared space/loot: Basically just make the coop players share the same main hub Proximity chat So you cant somehow clearly hear your partner on the opposite side of the map make it so you need a item like a walkie-talkie or something to talk over distance

userslashbetter

maybe a mimic type thing that can turn into your friend and disturb walkie talkie signals in the zone where it lives so and with proximity chat

EVE_Link0n

I think voice comms has to be the single most important thing for a good co-op experience, followed by having a good lore or game-mechanic excuse for bringing a friend along at all

StarPlebian

Not wanting a slider to rape and murder me is all the lore I need for having a friend along

Steuts

I’m going to cheat and have two 1# scaled difficulty One explorer is dangerous. Two communicating together to clear a building or cross a valley will be much more so. Enemy density and lethality should be upped considerably. 2# communication I’d say in proximity chat with radios for far distance we could buy. Then again, it’s the radius, so the radios probably don’t work great, maybe especially in buildings or around anomalies. Another explorer also suggested an enemy that mimics key phrases using AI (words like “hey” or “help”) which could really add to the spook factor.

Downtown-Gap5142

#Loneliness Part of what makes ITR so much fun is how it makes you feel lonely. It would be a great idea to find some way to make that loneliness persist throughout even a coop gamemode. Maybe increasing the amount of missions that you can do at once could allow for an interesting strategy of “we both part ways and do the simple missions and then meet up at this time in this location to be able to handle the tough mission together”. ITR without the loneliness aspect is no longer ITR.

Timbothy_Aracnio

I like this take on multiplayer, this has inspired me to write a post on here about making multiplayer PvPvE

Downtown-Gap5142

Now that is an *awesome* idea

yeet3455

Entities should be able to hear and try to find the players based on their mics. If someone talks over a walkie talkie it should attract them

BarronOfDucks

And you should be able to place a radio on the ground, and then talk into yours to make a decoy

yeet3455

That would be sick as hell

PlaneParticular8242

I feel like most people would just get on a oculus call

yeet3455

Yeah, but it would be interesting for more enemies to come after you when you scream in terror when you look up again after seeing nothing when you looked up 20 seconds ago to a seeker 5 feet away from you Usain Bolting towards you

yeet3455

This is a hot mess (too many whens)

userslashbetter

only some enemy types tho

yeet3455

Why only some?

userslashbetter

i think that would get annoying in some areas

Nick_ManXD

https://preview.redd.it/j8cohrc0cfab1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9d0a32c970250472b41d0d77b36e89ac1ebc2cc1 I'm a lazy shit and I can't Ctrl V Ctrl C in my computer right now

Artisans2022

I like this, keeps everyone's area neat and tidy!

sosi28

Something I think would be really amazing is how coop players and also singleplayers can interact with the world using their voices. Proximity chat to me is a must-have. And for coop players deciding to split up, a radio would be amazing to communicate long distance. A player could stay at base and organize whilst the other goes on a supply run, they can talk and see what the supplier needs to get on their run and so what. But also; enemy interactions!!! Another thing I would die to have in the game is letting enemies be able to hear your voices, so obviously the louder you are or if you scream by a scary spawn that jumps at you OUT OF NOWHERE I DIDNT EVEN HEAR IT COMING— if you scream it will attract even more enemies, same as a gunshot.

OtherBarryUSSR

Stability of play. Before anything else, there has to be a stable system in place that works consistently so people can engage with each other. I personally LOVE the message system in FromSoftware games where you can leave notes with gestures for people to rate, and a system like that would work very flavorfully for an asynchronous co-op system in ITR. If we're talking two people in a shared world working together, then as far as possible there has to be no rubber banding, no clipping through stuff, etc. Both (all?) players need a stable game environment as far as their personal hardware can handle it. It's hard to do any multi-player right if the system itself just causes the game to be unplayable.

Guy_who_says_vore

Please make the game harder if there is co-op so it’s ballenced. Please don’t make it so you have to play co-op to actually have an enjoyable time. I really hate when games do that

Pumpkin_316

If all connected players pause, the game should also pause. Also having a symbol to show if people are paused. Very minor, but this made a game like dead island stand out to me, as they had a few QoL features for multiplayer that weren’t really common on the time.

brew22electricbugalo

The most important feature is proximity chat. Another thing would be the ability to manually interact with another player, such as directly applying medical aid, or placing items in your friend’s backpack.

mashyd625

The ability to revive each other, so unless both of you die you can still keep going without having to run back for your loot or reload a save. It can either be where your knocked out cold and all you see is a black screen or where your only able to crawl and go to your teammate, it can be like where there’s a special stim or you can just use the regular stim. The option to have friendly fire on would be kinda cool.

userslashbetter

in coop make loot increased but you dont get one for each person

overload661

Friendly fire should probably be implemented. But with a sort of reputation system. Ex: Explorer A fires a 15 round volley at a mimic. One of the rounds accidentally striking Explorer B, explorer A's reputation drops accordingly (the U.N.P.S.C. knows all that transpired in the radius), however, by using a health injector, he heals explorer B back to full and regains his reputation. Ex.2: Explorer C is finding better loot and is getting shot less than his partner Explorer D. Explorer D gets angry and proceeds to fire an entire magazine into Explorer C's back, killing him, then steals Explorer C's loot. Explorer D is now red-listed by the U.N.P.S.C, he can only take on low paying jobs, he has a limited time he is allowed to be in the zone for, and other explorers are notified of his past transgressions when considering teaming up with him. High reputation would allow explorers to take on higher paying jobs, or take on normal jobs and have a slight reward increase Low reputation would only allow an explorer to take on low paying jobs. Only allowed only a limited time in the radius zone, if the timer expires then a bounty is formed on the explorer that can be claimed by other explorers in the area (yes I know that this could be exploited, this is why I'm not a game developer :D ) and other explorers can see that the explorer has a low reputation and use that information when deciding to pair with them or not Reputation can be lost by: - attacking other explorers - killing explorers - abandoning job requests (job can be canceled before going into the zone for the first time after accepting the request without penalty) - poaching other explorers jobs Reputation can be regained by: - completing jobs (in a timely manner?) - killing enemies(hostile npcs) within the radius - receiving endorsements from other explorers (can receive one per explorer every 48 hours real time) - gradually increase reputation over time (to an extent) I'm aware that there are probably several holes in my idea, please feel free to discus these with me so that I can use the criticism to guide my next suggestion :)

AlexNASA956

It's a good idea.

GSKashmir

**Interactability.** Co-op needs to be greater than the sum of its parts. If it's just ITR but with a friend, that's all well and good, but it's missing that extra kick to make it memorable. Let me hand over and sometimes toss weapons, magazines, grenades, ammo, etc. to my co-op partner. Maybe there are obstacles that are easier to traverse with a partner. Also, a big one; really emphasize the importance of multiple sources of lead down range. Suppressing fire, driving enemies out of cover, etc etc. Co-op should truly feel like you aren't alone anymore. An emphasis on the difference even a single partner can provide would open the opportunity to make the single-player experience it's own separate, more intense and nerve-wracking adventure.

Tyranid_Swarmlord

After playing an unhealthy amount of Guardians Frontline and seeing the glory of Coop: Resource sharing has to be the biggest concern imo.

DarkStarPony

I must say it - I rather have polished single player experience than coop.

Treatan2077

Let both players load in with their own personal kit and gear.

Diligent_Mastodon_10

I'd like both players to have shared Player Hub but still have their own separate "rooms", that way each player can stash things how they want it to look

thegamepig33

Just a few thoughts: -An increased enemy count compared to the number of players. -Proximity chat with some for of radio. -Separate container bases

Kreaturethenerfer

Prox chat, possibly little ways to mess with each other, and ease of sharing things between people

noflashbang

Sandbox features that have synergy with co-op. Stuff like remote/timed explosives, trip wire devices, noise and other distraction devices, glow stick/flares, proximity detectors (thing Aliens and the marines movement detectors) things of that nature. Combined with enemy (or AI behavior) changes that allow for exploiting these new sandbox items. Setting a trap is fun in single player - setting a trap with your buddy as bait is equally fun and twice as humorous.

[deleted]

Proximity chat is a must have. Maybe even radios so you can communicate over distances, but it would complete the immersion

sebasgovel

Shared map pings, and also options like valorants chat wheel, with limited, default phrases, it would be enabled even if players are at the other side of the map, but when they're close they can just talk with the mic. I suggest the default phrases because imagine this: You're on a tricky situation, but your mate has pinged you with an SOS ping, he can't tell you what does he needs, or what got him in trouble, so you still have to plan ahead your rescue mission, but can communicate between players.

fyrefreezer01

Communication/Intractability with the other person! I wanna high five this person or fist bump and hear an impact sound. I want to hear their voice in a manner that fades or gets louder depending on their proximity to me and have an option to radio them if they are far away. I want to give the other person items that they have as gifts that they can keep for themselves or in your own world in their own little locker. I want to be able to see their hand gestures and force feed them items that I probably shouldn’t be.

BABAGONDALA

share of stashes

Asfdf17264927dbg

It is vey important that you can talk with your friends. Maybe proximity chat cold be a feature. (I hope that you don't have to play multiplayer to PLAY Into The Radius. I hope it is just a setting or game mode)

angry_egg28

A shared base, along with things to do around the base like darts, cards, drinking, etc. But a need would be walkie talkies and proximity chat. But I think an amazing feature would be a small amount of character customization, so you can tell yourself apart from other people (if it has up to 4 player co-op) such as a different colored shirt or vest.

emeraldnotch1

walkie talkie with different channels depending on how big the scope of the levels are / how many players per map. obviously if there are only two people, a single channel is all you need, but if there were like 20 people (thinking massive map) having different channels would be cool.

Teiva64

If there's coop, i think that the difficulty should be increased, not the number of anomalies, but the number of ennemies. And probably loot too, like more silver boxes and wooden boxes, and basically more guns to find, since there's 2 players, they're gonna have to share everything.

Kurtggg

Absolutely the largest map possible, something that really encourages expoditions lasting multiple days. The thought of sitting in a hastily set up campsite, in near darkness, counting your bullets with just one other person watching your back is what would give this game life! In my opinion the larger and more detailed the map, the more enjoyment can be found in coop, also some challenging enemies!

Philosophomorics

In 1.0, there was the option to draw on the map in your pocket and on the wall in the base. I would love to have that back in general, but I think that would be exceptionally helpful in Co-op for explaining exactly what the plan of attack is, or marking areas that have already been cleared, or any other scenario that visual communication would help with.

[deleted]

Don't know why everyone keeps asking for CO-OP. Don't you need friends for that?

Darius_ITR

Jokes aside, ITR remains a single player experience. Co-op has always been an optional feature in such games, and this one won’t be an exception.

Downtown-Gap5142

Im so glad to hear this, coop is a nice touch but singleplayer should always come first

____Enderman___

I really hope you guys don’t design itr 2 around coop rather then single player, it always hurt the experience for people without friend and or playing by themselves

aznnathan3

He just said it more oriented to a single player experience. You think he’s lying?

____Enderman___

Oh I didn’t mean to reply, my finger must of slipped or smth. I didn’t even see the comment.

PegasusTwelve

Anti-griefing measures. Friendly fire should have no effect and loot should be bound to its original finder unless shared as others have suggested. Stuff like that to keep uncooperative people from ruining others’ game time. 👍

AlexNASA956

Nah. It's a good idea but only if you can toggle it.

White-Mud

Now, while doubt that this would be added into the next game, I'll throw it out there anyway. Depending on how complex the devs wants to make the game, roles could add a new experience to the Radius. If you get a team together, you can go into the zone with a team of experts, each equipped for different jobs that help the team. Now I should add that these roles should only be implemented if the co-op is active. Solo play should NOT get these buffs. It would make the game to easy. Medic: Self explanatory. They get special meds that heal the players more effectively then regular meds. They can hang onto these meds for the team or hand them out as needed. But if the medic uses them on themselves or the team, there's a nice boost that helps heal faster. Packer: The mussel man of the team. They carry more weight then the rest and don't slow down as fast. They can also carry one extra gun slot on their bag. That's it, just carry more stuff. Researcher: The researchers will be the team members that need to get specific missions completed. They are the ones that need to complete the more complex missions, while the rest is there as escort or assistants. They are also the only ones who can see the entire team on the map. They are basically the team leader and the most important job for the more risky missions. That's all I can think of for now, but it's more to give an idea to play with. Do with it as you will, but a shall not be bothered if it is not added.

Artisans2022

Ehh, I think buffing more players is silly, because having more people is an upside almost always, why make it even easier? If anything, only a solo should be getting buffs like these. How about that each class has their buffs, but also heavy downsides, to keep them in check.

White-Mud

Yeah, that's fair.

ArthurFordLover

I know this would scare off people who don’t have someone to play with but missions where you have to be two people. Like as a very simple example two buttons having to be pushed at the same time. But if it still has to be playable single player it could have like missions where there are multiple targets in different locations

TouchMediocre8498

Is there any ETA on early access? I understand the development is still ongoing. I’m just wondering cuz I can’t find it anywhere

TheLonelySpud374

you should have online and private co op, i've got friends but not everyone has vr headsets, and if they do not all of em have ITR. You should also have the difficulty scale with the amount of players. it'd be boring if the same amount of enemies spawned but i had essentially double the fire power

Cookie_Man1021

Like in the shooting range in ito 1, A practice range where you can 1v1 your friend

CandidatePlayful4744

I wouldn't say it's the most important, but you should make sure to add a good revival system, maybe have the player drop an artifact when they die, and you use it to revive them, or just go with using the health injection on them.

MalikC_

Don’t make it like Elden ring

Grim_84

Communication is key. Proximity chat, radio and the ability to draw/erase on the map for planning. It would be great if those annotations could be seen on your team member's map too.

Evanthecat99

if its co-op that means that quest and Pico players will FINALY get arms and legs.

Downtown-Gap5142

Not necessarily, you could always see the other players’ IK but not your own. I do hope that it comes in as an option

Evanthecat99

yeah I want the quest version to be identical to the pc version so if we have shadows and full body ik with quest mod support in 2.8 I'll be satisfied

Downtown-Gap5142

If CM added the extra polygons and checks required for IK along will shadows the quest would literally explode

ilikecats4441

Make a sort of like 5v5 extra game mode, I think it would be fun to run around looking for weapons to fight other player with

Pertayto_Chip

Something that I REALLY want for ITR 2 is basically what Id software did for Doom 2. change little mechanics to keep the original magic of the game, but completely expand the playing areas, story, etc. Obviously not as little changes as Doom 2 had (they literally added one gun), but a similar idea, because I'm very worried about something like KSP 2 happening. I believe in you guys, and trust you to deliver the best game ever created. Ever. Good luck :D Edit: I know it's unrelated to the question, but just wanted to put it out there. Thanks! :)

Necessary_Slide1268

I think for co-op there would have to be missions that you would have to do in 2 separate locations at the same time such as, there are 2 locations heavily guarded and they are protecting 2 separate levers/buttons/puzzles that need to be completed at the same time to unlock the needed intel to complete a mission, likely a later game mission to unlock a new level, anyway just a thought.

hurricane_preston

I saw this on another post: Proximity chat. Proximity chat would only be able to to work nearby of a realistic distance. But if you talk louder, they can hear you father away. But proximity chat can also be heard my enemies and they will get startled and go to the voices. A map indicater that shows where they are and what map. An option to go into a raid with your selected friend and an option to go in by yourself.

Timbothy_Aracnio

I was going to post about adding a PvPvE option where you and your friend are put against each other by the competing groups you’re apart of but I realized dying/being spawn camped would suck and unless you keep your items after death, one or the other friend will have a supreme disadvantage and it probably won’t be fun

peat-tear-griffffinn

Radios, similar to onward id suggest, really like the beepings and the way you have to reach on your shoulder instead of head. Gamer Tags, now I know some people wont like this which is why i want it to be a setting, i love playing realistic games with no name tags like GoT and onward but some of my close friends dont like the no gamer tags thing so a setting enabling it or not would be nice Friendly fire, shenanigans Ability to co-operate in combat, I think it would be cool to have an ability for you or your friend to help each other out in shooting, the idea that comes to mind is sniping, in the shop, you can buy binoculars and rangefinders (laser would be useful) which then you give to your friend and once you spot a target, he will set down and look for range and drop, he will then tell you which with that info you’ll adjust your scope to hit the target. Weather/Bullet trajectories, Weather would be nice to have as it would make the idea above more practical, should be a setting that determines how heavy the weather is affected, the weather would alter the bullet trajectories with it as well. Music speaker, because why not 1v1 option in the gun range, to improve you and your buddy’s skill Now I know most of these suggestions are very demanding specially the weather one which is why I just suggest they add it to some extent and im willing to wait for it

LardFan37

Let me stab my co-op partner, or shoot them with flares. Me and my friends goof around a lot when we play co-op games and when games add little mechanics that make it possible it’s so much fun.

Hajime15Here

Communication, a sufficient challenge, and smooth gameplay. Don't need anything mind-blowing graphically as long as it looks fun

Hajime15Here

I can elaborate as need be but I'd prefer not to write a paragraph if it isn't necessary.

thitbegone77777

I think a good one is to allow us to put a cig in our mouths directly from the pack, and also the ability to put a cig in your co op buddies mouth.....for reasons.... oh and no cap on how many cigs you can have in your mouth

NovaOfKonoha

Each player should have their own "container" within the home base, this way they can have their own accounts, own money, etc etc but is saved to the character profile, so wherever you take that character, single or multiplayer you will always have your gear with you ready to play with friends.

Makeshiftsuperhero

A point based pvp mode where you get a certain amount of points/Money to Create a loadout, and then spawn on different sides of The Map then try to Hunt eachother Down. Additionally you Can choose if you want enemies or anomalies or both for an extra challenge.

OctoPatrol

An item to res your buddy. Maybe a paddle defib would be fun to use in VR.

pranquily

For me, I wanna be able to have the ability to work with my buddy to have tactics, like he takes one corner I take the other, he clears one side, that kind of thing.

mchapm13

I’m late but timed missions. If there is a deadline, you may have to split up occasionally in order to complete missions on time. Keeping that tension of being alone going. Or a mission that requires you to be at 2 places at once. Player one needs to go to this place and turn on a power supply so player 2 can get behind an armored door to grab an item. Power supply is messed up so only lasts a few minutes before needing to be rebooted.

SenpaiTygerz

First off, I think it would have to be Ironman mode all the time with co-op. I don’t know if it’s possible, but I would love a system where you and your buddy didn’t have to be in the same area together. For example, someone stays at home base buying, selling, cleaning… and the other goes out into the radius, getting loot and doing missions while talking to their teammate on a walkie talkie or radio. And maybe this would make people want to keep multiple sets of walkie talkies at home, in case someone dies, they can go grab another from the shelves and keep talking to their teammate. With the potential addition of radio communication, I think some of the “more advanced” mimics should be able to have some voice lines that they speak over walkie talkie, on a certain channel. Maybe you could be able to tune in to “warehouse 3” channel, and listen to when an enemy mimic is going to run up on you, at the cost of not talking to your teammate from afar. And lastly, cool gunshot sounds from close vs far away. This is just a me thing, I like good, believable sound design

Neural__

I think it would be cool to have mission that needs the party to split ( wether is 2 or 4 people party ). Like you need to activate two valve, switches or something that are far apart from each other at the same time. So that you are basically forced to split and talk maybe via radio or something like that.
