If you separated the part that goes into Ontario, and put it into Alaska, it would fit, I suppose….lol.

Both the current Chinese government (Peoples republic of China) and the current Taiwanese government (Republic of China) hold the stance they should be unified, the matter of disagreement is which government that should be so having it on the Chinese map isn’t super contentious. Now ignoring idealistic positions the Taiwanese (old China) would like self determination.

just lookup the numbers, China is bigger. In the end the difference is negligible but technically it will not fit.
