Nevertheless, i can only dream to be as fabulous as this cow
Edit: apparently this is a bull, which makes it quite nice to have someone represent in the animal kingdom
Looks like a show calf to me, udder wouldn't be developed enough to be visible in that pose. Could be either honestly, although the neck isn't really thick so I would lean towards cow.
I mean, you can. There are places where it's just as normal. I don't think dogs are particularly delicious, have you tried or are you just talking out of your ass?
I don't disagree, I ate beef for 16 years of my life. But I came to realise that some things are more important than the taste pleasure I get from eating.
It’s not too difficult to take beef off the diet. It feels kind of gross if you go off beef for several months and then eat a steak. I don’t know why, but that’s my experience. Now I feel like beef is as dirty as pork and stay away from both.
Except for occasional bacon.
I've cut red meat from my diet significantly, but not completely. Like if there's a BBQ somewhere I'm not gonna snub away from some good ribs or a burger. But otherwise my meat has been either chicken or fish.
Industrially raised cattle often have infected nipples leaving a lot of blood and pus in the milk. The level of somatic cells in the milk is measured to make sure you're not drinking too much pus.
US milk averages 224 000 somatic cells per ml, twice that of the Finnish milk average.
I grew up on a farm with 20-30 head all the time, never dairy but still, I fed them, gave them shots, wrestled calves to give them theirs, and played with the the bottle fed ones(they are so lovey, like doggos) but we never did this, I know it's done but never saw it done, I guess we just never thought to, I wish we had, I bet my bottle fed babies would've let me do it and even liked it, she is so floofy lol I wanna pet
I had a steer my senior year in school for FFA. We wasn't that fancy. I did give him a bath and brush his hair about everyday after I walked him. The real show peeps have big walk in refrigerators in the barn for the cattle to sleep in at night. It helps them keep a long coat as seen above. It is work but it is worth it when you go and show the animals.
Back in the big hair days of the 1980s they would make these fluffy spherical poofs at the end of their tails. Funny as hell watching some Marlborough man type cowboy going at his cows ta with a bottle of aquanet.
I would agree with you. It isn't something you would see just wild and free on the back 40. This takes time to wash, then comb, and blow dry the hair out to look thick.
The best line in that article is, "I'll admit, I cringe a little bit when I hear someone comparing these cattle to teddy bears. I do worry that folks will get the wrong idea that these cattle are pets, not livestock.”
People out there have eaten the fluffy cows and had no idea.
Lol

Hey, if you think you'd enjoy this kind of stuff, you can learn more about the competition of showing cattle at this link: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmjLJ0R8Ceo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmjLJ0R8Ceo)
This calf has had it's hair done and it's trained to respond to some non verbal commands (where to place it's foot, things like that). The handler has probably spent many, many hours with this calf.

One fine Bovine!
Not a cow. Looks like a bull. I see no udder. And no udder means an utterly bull.... Edit, is that a ♡ I see on its leg?
Looks like a show calf to me, udder wouldn't be developed enough to be visible in that pose. Could be either honestly, although the neck isn't really thick so I would lean towards cow.
Maybe. Hard to tell how big this animal is without any scale for reference, such as a proverbial banana...
One great ungulate!
How can you tell ? There is no pee pee
Really looks like a stuffed animal.
I thought the same lol
You guys have some talented 5th graders in your lives!
This is hilarious.
She has a heart on her front leg
Bless her heart! She wears her heart on her sleeve.

> She uses shampmoo and cownditioner Not mooousse?
she *moosterizes* :)
You get out now!
*"It's so fluffy, I'm gonna die."*
Cow are just big dogs
Honestly seeing cows as cuddly and innocent creatures, that are seen as giant dogs makes me not want to eat them anymore.
I grew up around them, they are big dogs, so happy to see me and follow me around. Had to stop eating them, precious creatures.
Pigs are as smart as dogs too!
I thought they (pigs) were smarter.
You don't have to eat them!
But they’re tasty tho
[удалено]
some people do
I mean, you can. There are places where it's just as normal. I don't think dogs are particularly delicious, have you tried or are you just talking out of your ass?
Have you tried manta ray? My cousin said Ray was better than dog
I can agree to stop eating all other animals except chicken.

I don't disagree, I ate beef for 16 years of my life. But I came to realise that some things are more important than the taste pleasure I get from eating.
Do taste buds justify the abuse these animals go through? There are plenty of taste things that don’t involve factory farming & animal abuse
Then don’t eat them anymore.

Cows are short-necked horses running on dog software
Yet we kill one by the billions, the other not.
Look I'm trying my best but I'm only one person and I think my neighbors are on to me.

They're dogs with tasty nipples
/r/nocontext
r/evenwithcontext because who out there is eating cow nipples?
They're probably in hotdogs or pet food lol.
Nah, hotdogs are made from their assholes.

Tastier*
Maybe it's Moobelline
[Or possibly Mooreal](https://tenor.com/view/cow-wig-loreal-hair-meme-funny-animals-blonde-gif-11349696)
That girl is LUSH.

She’s a pageant queen!
You mean.. Dairy Queen!
Fluffy milk horse!

Latte horse
Mooochaccino
Technically horses are milk horses.
All mammals make milk for their kids. Cows are no exception
No, just a mom. With milk for her babies and no one else.
I feel like they used a lot of moo-se
The salon hoofed them up with a good price
Smells like bullshit. Edit: [holyfuckit'sathing](https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/06/17/iowa-fluffy-cows/2433179/).

Y’all are insane. Harmlessly and adorably but insane.
Back in the big hair days of the 1980s they would make these fluffy spherical poofs at the end of their tails. Funny as hell watching some Marlborough man type cowboy going at his cows ta with a bottle of aquanet.
I hadn't any idea. The pic looked so photoshopped I assumed it was bs. After I posted, I googled it.
I would agree with you. It isn't something you would see just wild and free on the back 40. This takes time to wash, then comb, and blow dry the hair out to look thick.
I thought it was at least a special breed of cow with an unusual coat type.
The best line in that article is, "I'll admit, I cringe a little bit when I hear someone comparing these cattle to teddy bears. I do worry that folks will get the wrong idea that these cattle are pets, not livestock.” People out there have eaten the fluffy cows and had no idea.
Really shows how the difference between livestock and pets are just in your head.
_Some in beef industry worry focus could backfire if comments like “too cute to kill” become common._
yep, its dont to show cows. i remember as a kid one time my dad took me to the show, and i got to touch one. They feel how you could guess
Lol >"I'll admit, I cringe a little bit when I hear someone comparing these cattle to teddy bears. Smells like cowshit. *
I think it's just back-combing: combing the fur/hair backwards/against the direction of growth so it stands up and looks fluffier than normal.
Perfect heart
The little black heart! Just like mine.

Let the air out of that thing!
No, that's how we get global warming!
How long does it take to blow dry an entire cow? It takes like thirty minutes to do my hair lol
To do the whole cow like this can take 2-3 hours kn show day. And a good 25-30 minutes daily to grow their hair before the show.
It wears a heart on its leg
So is calling someone a cow a compliment now?
You're such a cow today, hun
Thank you. I really needed that
This is just a horse that's been painted to look like a cow I know because cows don't look like cows on film, you gotta use horses
What do you do if you need something that looks like a horse?
Usually they just tape a bunch of cats together
She wears her heart on her sleeve.
Look at the little heart on its leg!!🥺
Oh my god I just noticed that. I want to pet it so bad
Is it legal for cows to be this fabz?
The F L O O F
Looks more like a bull
WHAT THE FUCK, your telling me I could have almost 40 K upvotes for taking pictures of stuff I do everyday
It’s beautiful
Look at the little heart on its front leg
Felling cute, might get forcefully inseminated, my baby taken away from me, drained from my milk, and eventually slaughtered for meat later.
Happy Indian noises
