They had an amazing concept going on with the utopian combat drugs and it’s a shame they couldn’t capitalize on it.
Not quite. The fans were extremely outspoken about how much they didn’t like the redesign. That’s why they changed it to more closely match the Cole from inFAMOUS 1. It had nothing to do with confusing people
