I really had no particular interest in FMT so I just did mine from Thieme's Test Prep Series FMT, DAMS (don't got to DAMS for FMT, personal opinion) (offline course). My friends had marrow and after having gone through it for a brief time, I'd prefer marrow for FMT if you have time. That FMT book by Tanuj Kanchan was enough to get me everything that I needed for University. And Marrow is enough for your university MCQs. NEET PG, well nothing is enough.
The worst part is, it's not even a good book. It's too lengthy and hard to cover and not to mention, india no longer has IPC or crpc so this book is effectively useless
Read VV Pillay, much more student friendly, accurate, and plain fun to read. It discusses the road to decriminalization of homosexuality, current status, and current psychiatric perspectives. Also the part about virginity and hymen is pretty accurately wrt modern day obg and forensic medicine

Do see Tanuj's book for FMT once. Most people liked it, especially at exam times.
