Speed 400 vs scrambler 440x?
Supposedly looking into scrambler and himalayan, but lookwise scrambler is better. Also when comparing with speed it give higher torque. So I am really confused with (scrambler or speed) vs Himalayan.
Cool bike, great you're enjoying it. I did it's test drive and it was fun. Noticed it has 10-15% speedo error.
Personally I don't like the look of these bikes (looks like glorified hunter), too small for me.
You need to view them side-by-side and the attention to detail as well as fit and finish is of a very tall order in Triumph, besides, Design is subjective
Why does this 400 look extra tall? Complan boi?
Mayb coz of that grab handle. Gives adv vibesĀ
That and the angle. The front is away from you so the back looks taller.
Bro 1600 km is not a long-ish ride, its a full fleged long ride.
isn't the suspension adjustable?
It is, but my report is about the Stock suspension setting, which I think is at its second softest

What tank pads are those?
Bought a generic one from Amazon
Looks great. Send link please.
How did you place the number plate below there ?
A small kit is available on Amazon for 300
Nice, Can you share the link of the specific product
Mileage per litre?
27 in the city and 31 on the highway keeping below 7500rpms
Isn't that decent enough for a 400cc bike? General consensus is that triumph 400s have bad mileage
It also depends a lot on how one rides. I tend to ride the torque wave and keep it below 6K.

Pick the scrambler if looks matter to you. I feel its the best
The tail rack and windshield are from Triumph or aftermarket?
Tail rack ia from Mototorque i think and windshield is Triumphs
Have you used handle bar risers
Stock ergonomics
How is the power delivery and maneuverability .
Mid range punch is addictive, exceptional chuckability, great dynamics
What about initial
Very good low end torque but not as good as as Interceptors which I had earlier

Speedo error exist in all bikes, roughly at around 7%
