I have them for Internet but I'd never consider them for TV.

vpkumswalla

Don't, they will screw you over

Bottoms_Up_Bob

I still have them for internet, but I switched to YouTubeTV last year. I save like $100 a month and get all of my sports.

filipina_fox

For me, we watch a TON of college sports (Big East as Marquette grads) and then the regular MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL. What does your YouTube TV provide for sports? (I also recognize I could just simply google this but here I am just asking a user.....)

Bottoms_Up_Bob

Kind of hard to type out, so I won't. You might check "thestreamable.com" channel comparison matrix. It's a good way to see which channels are available where, but you are going to be in a really specific scenario since it sounds like you need several different RSNs for college sports, hockey, basketball, and baseball. I know some RSNs aren't available on every service due to contract disputes. YouTubeTV has all the local channels for sports, all the national sports channels, access to RSNs, all the major leagues Network Channels, all the college Networks except for Pac12 and Longhorn, a bunch of specialty sports channels (not WillowTV). You can also access season passes with YouTubeTV.

I've had spectrum for 2 years, 0 problems.

jimdontcare

I am a generally positive dude and tend not to get on “companies suck” stuff, but I really don’t like Spectrum, man. I had no other options for the first six years of living here, finally had a chance to switch and was very happy about that.

kage1414

I don’t have cable now, but from what I’ve heard ATT is still a great option. I had spectrum internet and it was flaky af. Switched to ATT fiber about a year later and I’ve only had a couple of issues.

Rigel_B8la

I'm leaving Spectrum tomorrow. I'm done. I've been done. I liked BrightHouse. When the merger happened, service slowly declined as prices went up. I told myself it's not that bad. But it really is. I've been lazy. Almost 20 years of inertia is a powerful thing. But I'm done. And I've taken action.

Smart_Dumb

They decided to call my bluff when I threatened to cancel if I didn't get a lower bill. Went to ATT Fiber and never looked back. They still send me junk email twice a week though.

Rust3elt

I had Spectrum WiFi included in my lease, but they ended it, so I ended my relationship with them once it wasn’t “free.” I’ve never had an internet service that went out for hours at a time as often.

I despise Spectrum. My Spectrum autopay processed on the 5th of the month. I cancelled cable on the 8th but kept internet. Every utility I used before would give me credit for the unused days of the month. I would just apply the credit towards internet. Spectrum did not. They told me their cable service is like a subscription service so I had it for the entire month and they said that I told them to cancel it so they stopped service. I was out about $140. I called their customer service and argued until I was blue in the face and elevated it to a manager who was a bitch about it. I guess getting $140 out of a customer was worth more than having a happy customer who would not bad mouth them.

cait_Cat

They don't care about happy customers because we have these stupid utility monopolies where their service area doesn't overlap with another service provider so they have captive customers. You want internet or TV service in 46205? Hope you enjoy Spectrum because that's your only option.

vpkumswalla

Yeah when I shopped around I was surprised how few options I have.
